HH $65/point ROFR?

Does anyone know if $65/point for HHI is low enough for Disney to exercise it ROFR? It seems like a steal, and I am considering it, but I wouldn't want to talk myself inot to it only to get shot down by Disney.

It sounds as though you'll have nothing to lose by making the offer. If it goes thru, it's a great deal- if not, it costs you nothing to try.

It seems that DVC considers each deal on it's own merit and does not have a fixed floor for their ROFR.

Until you make the offer, you'll never know what might go thru.

I bought a resale - started the journey in October 2002 - closed in February 2003. Buying from a couple in bankruptcy/divorce. Disney signed the Right of First Refusal 11/13. We bought HH at $64 - 150 points - 56 banked. December use year. We also didn't pay any Maintenance fees for 2002.
