HGVC International Drive questions

We are staying at our timeshare at HGVC International Drive for the first time October 29 - November 5, a 20th anniversary trip for both us and brother and sister-in-law. We will have 4 adults and 3 kids 4, 11, and 14. Can anyone recommend breakfast places nearby? (This is very important for my BIL - he is into a full prepared breakfast every morning). Also, what is close-by for shopping and groceries? Is there still construction going on at the resort? Not related to the hotel, but does anyone have an opinion of whether or not my 4-year-old nephew would enjoy Disneyquest?

there is a Publix very close. (across the street)

I don't know about restuarants there. there is a MacDonald across the street.

down the street is a Pondersa.
