Target has marked down the Heys carry-on size luggage to 70% off which makes them $27. The ones that I have seen on clearance are the green, purple, white with flowers, and giraffe print. You might need to scan them to check the price because at one Target the shelf sticker said 30% off, the luggage was marked 50% off, but they scanned at 70% off. Not all Targets mark down at the same time, so your local Target may not have reached 70% off yet.

I have this piece and it is really great--it is worth full price, so that is really a good deal!

I got the white one with flowers on it - trying to pack for an 8 day stay next week with just a carryon! It seems pretty sturdy, and glides nicely, and it was marked down to $26. I got it at the Sunnyvale, CA location, in the luggage section.

Whoo hoo! I'm going to Target in the morning! I have had my eye on a Heys 20-21" carry on for the past few months but didn't want to spend $70-$100 on it.

what Target location in NJ did you find the Heys suitcases

The Mt Laurel store had the green suitcase. The Burlington store had the green, purple and white with flowers. The Delran store had the giraffe print. Cherry Hill and Marlton did not have any left and I did not check the Voorhees store. HTH

Thanks OP! I went to two Targets in my area. The first one didn't have any super discounted luggage and the other had a 21" Heys XCase Diamond Spinner in metallic teal and one in the glossy giraffe print. My DD loves giraffes, so it was a no-brainer to pick one up for her. I grabbed the teal one too. They were $26.95 each. The only negative is that they don't expand. I plan on using mine in Europe and I'm not sure it's going to be big enough. I guess I'll just have test them out next week at WDW!

Thank you so much for this post! I have been watching the price of a Swiss Army carry-on bag for several weeks. I didn't make it into our local Target this week but after seeing your post I headed right to the store. I got the bag I've been wanting for $58, regularly $109.99. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You are welcome! I had been watching the Heys carry-ons for weeks because my DDs take a lot of 2-3 day trips. Right now I am watching a Heys large suitcase and a Swiss Army rolling duffel for future trips. They are only 30% off but I would definitely buy them at 50% off.

Thanks for the info. I've been needing a new carrying for my short trips. I picked up the giraffe print today. My DH thought I was nuts but I told him that I know that no one else will be pulling my bag down by accident from the overhead. :lmao:

on the Heys luggage at my Target store. I went to check out the luggage there after reading this post. Only the red was on clearance and only for 30%, but it was very scratched with some deep scrapes that really stood out since the luggage is so glossy. I really like this luggage and and keeping an eye on them for further markdowns but am concerned about wear and tear. I don't buy luggage very often. Anyone know? Thanks

I have heard that the glossy bags scratch fairly easy, but for $27 you really can't go wrong. My DD's bag is glossy but it had a protective film over it. Maybe the scratches are in the film? Also, did you scan the price of the bag? Someone upthread said that some bags were marked at 30% off on the tag and were really 70% off when she scanned them.

Guess I'm going to Target today. I hope they stilll have some. I have been looking for good spinner carry on bag. I actually like they don't expand, that way I don't overfill them. ;)

Thanks for the tip about the luggage. I went to my local target in Ohio and found the $26 ones, then went around the corner and found the white with black houndstooth pattern and the white with flowers on them for $13. The man at the register said they normally don"t go lower than 70% but they couldn't stand to throw them away(ugh) so they marked them down further. Score!!!! There were 4 more left there if anyone is in this area!

I''ll have to go to my Target stores and check if they have any. That's a great price!:)

Sadly...I could not find any $13 ones but I did find the $26 ones. I'm pretty happy for that. I was looking for a spinner carry on for my long weekend trips. So, this will be great. Hopefully, since it is hard sided it will last a little longer. What is the Houndstooth pattern, btw? Is it like the diamond looking things?

My Target had the $26 20" ones, and also a 21" larger one with the expandable zipper for $40 - pretty good deal. Also, these are the spinner suitcases, which usually can be quite pricey. If you can find these at your Local store, it's a really good deal.

.

Maybe the pricing varies by region, because the black & white houndstooth suitcases at my store were still $89.

The glossy finish does show the scratches. The red one just got marked down and it was only 30% off at my stores. The ones that I found that were 70% off were the Heys diamond cut finish which is a more textured matte finish. The flower and giraffe prints have a smooth finish but because of their prints they probably won't show the scratches as much.
