Heys bags

Which bag has the longest strap? I have a LLBean healty back one (looks like a teardrop) and I find the strap isn't long enough to go from one shoulder to the other hip. (Maybe there is just too much of me!)
Which of the Heys or bagallini has the longest straps?
anyone know?

Thanks
How do I put this nicely? My BMI sucks (as the say at The Bay, I'm "Above Average"), but the Baggallini fits great! :lmao:

I'll order a Baggallini online an have it shipped to my resort. On Bagbuy, with the 10$ coupon, it comes under 22$ shipped. For that price, I'm willing to risk and buy sight unseen. Hopefully I'll like it!

 You just stole my thunder. Why didn't I think of that? But considering I'm already bracing myself for returning from this trip Disney poor, what's an extra $28 bucks? :rotfl2:

Is the $10 coupon a code? I'd like to ship to the resort also. I'm going to take back the Heys bag I bought at Zellers; I don't want the hassle of wondering when it will start to break down. TIA, Pam

Yes, the code is SAVE10. Supposedly, if it's your first time, when you'll register, you'll get an extra 10% of the final price, but I haven't ordered yet, I'll do it next week (3 weeks before arrival).

Now, which colour should I choose? Play safe with black, or go with the lime, turquoise or periwinkle... Big decision!

Just a quick update on that strategy. Friday, I placed my order for the Baggallini. I had to go throught Shoebuy (subsidiary) instead of Bagsbuy, because for some strange reason I couldn't input Canada as a country in my billing address. No problem there, got the 10% discount extra for creating a new account as well (Total of 19.30$ shipped). Got an e-mail to contact Order Processing Service, where I had to confirm my shipping/billing address, probably for security reasons. And today my order was shipped, so all is well, and my bag should be waiting for me at the Music!

Well as the OP, I'll update as well! :)
I have decided to just use my son's school backpack! As long as it's still in good shape at the end of September! :rotfl:

Actually, when I went to get the picture off the 'net, I noticed Tracker makes a bag just like the Heys one...anyone use that?? I will have to read back in this thread and see if it was mentioned already...

I was at Bentley today and they had the Tracker bag that is almost identical to the Heys one, and it was 30% off of $16.99, so I bought it. It has less pockets than the Heys one but I was thinking that might be a good thing. I have a purse with a lot of pockets and I keep forgetting which one I put stuff in! We'll see if it holds up any better than the Heys ones.

Now why would you throw it on the ground in the parking lot and take a picture of it? :rotfl2:
(Sorry, just had to ask  )

Here is my Hey's bag all dressed up and ready for the parks!

Is that the Heys Travelmate? Do you find it's comfortable on your shoulder? Do you find there are enough pockets (and easy to access pockets) to stay organized?

Thanks for all help! I am planning to buy one at Zellers this evening and would love to know that I'm making a good decision! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the laugh! I was taking pictures of my luggage that I was checking in to Magic Express. I thought I might as well take a picture of my park bag too. We were waiting for the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport and I believe my DS took some pictures of the sun and the trees too.

It's fine on my shoulder. DH and I adjust the straps differently. I can keep lots of stuff in it. However, on some really rainy days I had to upgrade to an actual backpack to hold all five of ours windbreakers, water bottles, umbrellas and such. My favorite part of it is the small wallet that goes around your neck. I kept all my keys to the world in it.

Thanks for your response! I plan to get each of my boys an inexpensive fanny pack so that they can carry their own ponchos, water, etc. Thanks to you, now I'm excited to zip up to Zellers tonight to go get my Travelmate :goodvibes

Just used my Heys Travelmate all week at Disney (got back late Monday night) and loved it. The complaints about the bag not holding up didn't happen in my case. I didn't stuff it with things because I didn't need to or want to carry the weight. It was very comfortable!

Ditto! It was great. Comfy. Held enough stuff. Didn't break or wear out at all.

My one complaint is that the strap is rough on the edges and would catch on some of my dryfit clothing.

OK, I've used my Heys Travelmate as my regular purse for several days now. I love it! So many places to organize stuff and hands-free is always a winner in my books! :thumbsup2 It looks and feels great - in fact, both my SILs will be getting one for themselves for our trip, I'll bet.

A big thumbs-up from me! :goodvibes

it chews up all of my shirts!
Every single shirt I wore at Disney (for both trips) are all pilled up where the strap went. Didn't matter what kind of fabric either. Even the strap is covered in little fabric pills!
The Travelmate is an awesome bag, it's just hard on clothes!!!

I bought the Tracker one at Bentley, so I will let you know how it works when we get back! It's very similar to the Heys one, except it doesn't have the cell pocket (which I'm not taking anyway) at the top and the shoulder protector is rubber instead of fabric. I would scan you a photo but I am busy packing!
See you in two weeks!! :woohoo:

I know what you mean. I even tried melting the edge of the strap with my BBQ lighter (don't try this at home kids) but it made it worse.
