Heys bags

So I missed the sale at Zellers.
Anyone think they will go on sale again within the next month, or know of anywhere else that sells them? I didn't see them at Wal-mart yesterday, but I was looking for kids backpacks and kinda forgot to check for them.

We went to Zellers the other day to find my son a bag to bring. He is 11 and very organized so he wanted to pick out his own bag. We looked in all the sections and pretty much gave up. I was looking at school bags and he came flying around the corner with a Heys bag and his eyes all lit up. I don't think they were on sale, about $25 which isn't bad, but what a great bag. tons of compartments and a spot to hold his water bottle.

This is the bag that my son bought. Actually so many pockets never found the flashlight until just now 3 more weeks until he can use it at Disney, but the bag looks awesome and holds so much he said I can just put my stuff in his bag! I love the different compartments, they will really come in handy I think.

That looks like a great bag! Has anyone seen these anywhere else? The Zellers near me isn't very "nice".

I love this bag ( same as in link above). I bought it a few years ago on the Shopping Channel and have used it for two Disney trips and many other occassions as well. It is really great and holds a ton of things. I know you pay shipping with the Shopping Channel, but it was worth it to me, at the time. I have since seen this bag at the store, Solutions and they also carry a few other Heys items.

Yep, that's the one I want! They were on sale for a few weeks ago at Zellers and I procrastinated. $20 at Winners isn't much of a savings, but I guess it's better than none. I will go look there...

Awesome - I think I might just go with this one then. It's cheaperthen the Baggalini and I can pick it up locally.

I just bought a baggallini the other day for about double that price . But I love it, so no regrets here. It's a bit larger (and deeper) than the Heys bag, it's swing pack style, has a strong, thick, comfortable strap, and the DIS popular: multiple compartments. I'm gonna need the room since I'll be traveling with DD9 who always seems to escape carrying her stuff. Maybe I should look into getting they Heys bag for her so she can be responsible for her own park bag!

At our local Zellers, if you buy an item at the regular price and it goes on sale within a week or two, you can bring your receipt back and get the sale price.

It is just carry on. I have had one for a year now with no complaints. Well, just one- the velcro on the cell phone pouch is starting to get worn out.
I have since gotten an iphone and so it doen't fit well in the pouch and so I'm using it for my sunglasses now. Since I keep them on my head most of the time, it doesn't get used as much.

I found it perfect for Disney trips, can't say that enough.

I have had a few of the Heys travel mates bags from Zellers - the first 2 fell apart on it's first trip and both got replaced no charge (thankfully I keep all recipts and tags) and the 3rd one hasn't been used much as I got a bagallini and prefer it as it's more comfortable to carry!

I;ve also had bad luck with these - my new one ripped the second day into a 2 week trip at WDW. Definitely keep your receipts as Heys won't do anything for you unless you have one!

I set out on a rainy Sunday afternoon determined to come home with a park bag. I had a few in mind to look for from following another thread on the DIS. I practically did a backflip in the store when I found the Baggallini messenger bagg because I wasn't sold on any of the others I'd looked at up until then.

I just got the Heys x-large leather travelmate from the shopping channel. It is terrific. We actually bought three, one for each of us. Maybe now I won't have a backpack for everyone elses snacks and water and junk. It comes with a 2 year guarantee and I hope that the leather ones are as sturdy as they look.
