How many mules do you all have about?

On the newsletter it says inactive players have been deleted to make room for new ones I don't know if this is the case but maybe if there was less mules in vmk just so people could get more stuff from events maybe if there were less mules people wouldn't have there accounts deleted? so people who can't get on for tech issues or reasons they won't get deleted? if there were less mules.

Accounts are deleted when they are not used. Therefore, being considered to be mainly mules.

If they are not mules, then a person needs to log in once in a while just to keep active. If they are not going to play, then why keep them?

True, but sometimes it's a bit heartbreaking when you realize you just lost your account by two days. My son, who made a character at WDW on our trip in December has been caught up in moving half way across the country since January and tried to log in once we got settled here. We were two days too late, everything gone, including the white snowman and blue soldier he'd gotten.

You'd think an automated reminder before an account is deleted would be useful for a lot of players.

But I don't understand how someone cannot log in at all, even if only just to log in, step into a room and log out, for more than 6 months.

It doesn't take much effort or time to do this. Load up the log in page, type in name and password and click enter. Walk away and do whatever, come back after a few minutes, drop into any room and then click the close box. Maybe 5 minutes to actually spend on the computer.

It's prudent to do this every couple of months if you just can't take the time to play but want to keep an account active.

We've known since late last summer/early fall that they set the time limit to 6 months. They have given us fair warning this time around.

It's pretty easy not to log in when you're in between houses and without internet access.

BTW: I currently have a total of 19 active characters. I have had more. I do not use them to get into the host rooms multiple times. In fact, last month, if it wasn't for the quest with the host pin, I would never have gotten my quota of that pin. My total quota is 10. Not 15. Not 20. Not 100.
And that goes for almost all items in the game.
There are times when I've run all my characters up and running on a quest. Other times, I'll only do maybe four or five, if I feel like it. It depends on the prize(s).

Also, my characters are not throw aways. Not any more, anyway.
Actually, 7 of them I've had since before the purple superhero suit. And most of the others I've had for over a year.

Oh. I've also been known to just give away quest prizes, host items, many other items including full costumes. I don't just keep it all for myself.

i ahve one main character that does all the games and trading etc, and 5 mules (lol yes i know!!) that i use just to collect the credits and do the quests several times over so i can get more than one reward.

I have over 20 active accounts - and I need and use every single one of them - I have been playing since beta and I have amassed so much stuff, I actually have to create a new one every couple of months just for storage.

Mules scare me these days lol. Anyway, i have like.. 6 but i dont go on about 2 of them. Speaking of mules i need to log in on of them today or Bye bye soon lol.

I technically have four mules, but one has become my fiance's main character. That character was initially the credit mule and it's still loaded as of right now. I also have a mule specifically to hold clothing, a mule specifically to hold pins, and a mule specifically to hold furniture because I don't feel like playing a million games and having a million guest rooms full of furniture. Mnementh has one of every pin, and the only clothes he has are the ones he wears, the yellow space suit (for when I open my game room), and the diver suit, since it's not tradable. The only furniture Mnementh has (in his inventory, anyway) are the prizes for the game room. One of each extra costume piece and pin then goes to my fiance's character and the rest to the mules.

I am truly sorry to hear that. I have some extra stuff but nothing really rare but I will take a look and see what I can find.

Other than the super rare stuff and special quests I do not live near disney land or WDW. What would he like? I have a pirate outfit he can have from my male character. Anything else.
