I figured out that you will be there mothers day until Wednesday...Heres a plan that I would try.Sounds like You dont want to spend much time at Epcot, but like MK, and not sure about MGM.. heres what I would do with 3.5 days...
Sunday... half day- arrive and head to MGM. MGM is open until 9pm that night. Id hit Rock N Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror, Millionaire, Indiana Jones ( the boys will like that), star tours. The parade is at 5:30 if you are there and interested in seeing it. Fantasmic starts at 9, but you will want to get there by 8. Not sure what else you will have time for since I dont know what time your half day starts.
Monday-
Get up and be at Magic Kindom at opening. Try to ride as much as possible until about 12:30-1. Then take the monorail to TTC and catch a bus to Animal Kingom. Once there, Id go to Safari first, then do Kali River rapids if the boys want to get really wet, Tarzan Rocks, Check out Dinoland, (Dinosaur will be closed when you are there) Its Tough to be a Bug in the Tree of Life, and the Lion King show. We were told when we where there before to stand by Pizzafari during the parade ( at 4 ) and as soon as it was over, go hit The Lion King show right down behind where we stood. It was the last showing. After that, head over to Animal Kingdom Lodge and check out the sites before your 7pm dinner.
Tuesday-
Blizzard beach when it opens. Stay until about 1, go back and change and head over to Magic Kingdom. MK is open until 9:30 this day, with SPectromagic at 8:30, and WIshes at 9:45. You have PS at Ohana at 8, but I would try to change that to earlier ( maybe for 4 and go there before you get to MK, or just cancel it if possible?) This will be the only time for Spectomagic. If you dont care about Spectro, keep your ressies at Ohana, and stay at the park until you need to hop the monorail. Maybe you can see WIshes from the Poly.
Wednesday-
Id go back to MK and finish up what you didnt do until your lunch ressie at 1 at Cinderella's. After lunch, take the monorail over to Epcot for the rest of the day. Id head straight to test track and see if there are fast passes still left. If lines are long, single rider line may be the faster way to go if the boys dont mind splitting up on the ride. The countries dont open until 11, and there are some attractions in Future World open past 7. Honey I shrunk the audience is always open later, Spaceship Earth and I think Ellen is too. In Future WOrld, Id skip Journey into your Imagination, Wonders of Life Pavillion ( i think this is closed anyway), The Land, The Living Seas. Innoventions has some cool things in it the boys might like. You can send picture emails home for free.. you can do this at mission space too. Walk around the countries in the afternoon. Try and see Off Kilter in Canada & The British Invasion in United Kingdom. Maelstrom in Norway is another good one. There is the American Adventurn in American, and lots of other things to do and see and eat and drinK!! haha Illuminations starts at 9. Get a good spot and have a great time!!!
