I've been lurking for a while but I just joined. So hi all :O)

I want a picture that is sparkly for my signature. I PM'ed my friend who told me to join and he said he knew there was a thread on the VKM Creations board or something??? Could someone please direct me to this? I have no clue what a VKM is... maybe someone could help
