Hey Orlando Residents

While checking the weather for my upcoming trip (we leave thursday) I was saddend to see scattered showers for almost everyday. When you see this what do you think? Will it rain everyday? Will it rain a lot? I know here in the north east when it is really hot we have a chance of t-storms and showers almost everyday. They usuall hit in the afternoon and only last a short while. Thanks for your help.

I am not from Orlando (unfortunately) but I just got back and the weather had a 20% or 30% chance of showers every day and it only rained briefly two days. I hope you get as much as I did.

There is a higher chance for rain this week. About 50%. They say we may have thunder and lightening also.

We can only hope for rain. No offense to those who are worried, but they were saying on the news last night that we're *way* below normal for the month of Sept, which is our last big rain month for the year. I'm talking about 6" below normal! My grass needs at least one more good soaking!!

Having said that, our storms here are not like other states---you're only looking at about an hour's worth of heavy rain in the afternoon. It's pretty rare to get an all-day storm. No need to worry about it---just go eat or shop during that time!
