Hey Mods.. How about a SCAM Sticky

You know a sticky that could be updated with the latest scams. I know there is the internet safety sticky, but I thought a big BEWARE OF THESE SCAMs Sticky might draw more attention.

Anyway, just thought I would toss it out.
