Have a Happy and safe Easter:banana: ,we will be home before Easter, but it may be busy and I may forget to get back to ya...:cheer2:

Pictures,we need Pic's Jenny.....M andM ,your family,You, opening day...:yay:

Baseball season is here!!! We had such a blast this weekend. We didn't do a whole lot Sat. and Sun., just hung out, but it was still fun.

Yesterday (Monday) we went to the Opening Day parade. It was such an awesome day! It was mid 70s and sunny. Couldn't ask for better weather. The Reds won which even made it better! :cheer2:

If you haven't seen the video, the first pitch was unbelievable. The mayor threw it out and trust me, Lucy could have done a better job!!!:lmao: They have plastered it all over the news networks including ESPN! :headache: It's a wonder that someone on the side didn't get hurt!! :rotfl2:

Back this weekend to see the Pirates. Gotta get through the week first though!

Where is Debi and Lynn?? I think everyone else is in Florida!

It was 78 here today and is suppose to be 42 tomorrow!!!:scared1: WE had a bad storm with hail around 4. Now we could get snow flurries the end of the week. What's up with that???????????:confused3

WELCOME HOME LUCY!!

Where the heck is everyone?? You guys deserted me!!:surfweb: Debi?? Lynn??

Well, Jenny, how was your day?

Oh, it wasn't bad. I skipped the p.m. for a meeting in town, but since we were in meetings all afternoon, I didn't miss too much.:woohoo:

So, Jenny, are you ready for baseball this weekend?

Yes, but it's supposed to be COLD!! I hate sitting in the cold. I might have to plan for option B and go upstairs to the club and sit!! :dance3:

What's the weather now?

Today was a whopping 45 degrees! It's such a shock to the system after being outside all weekend when it was 30 degrees warmer!!:scared1:

This is scary.........

Sorry, it's been a little hectic down here!! Then when I tried to connect, it didn't work! Now, I'm in the business center of the Marriott!!:surfweb:

We have had incredible weather down here!! It's been mid-80s and hot! We're all burnt like lobsters........it's hard to believe I have to go back to work next week......it feels like summer.........:dance3:

We're here with "The Rents," my brother's family and Ken & Jess.....TrayTray decided to stay at school this week!.....we miss her......

We saw the cruise ships leave from the harbor on Monday..........WHAT A SIGHT! It made me think of all of us.......we really have to try to sail together again, even if it's just a 4day Wonder!

Dad is following the baseball opening......Jess has now indicated a desire to see a Phillies game:confused3 , so maybe we'll buy some tix, when are our friendly rivals in town (Mets, Reds, ??)

There's been a lot of coverage in the magazines of the "60th"....it really looked like a blast, Debs...:cool2:

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, I WONDER HOW LUCEE DID IN WDW?:rotfl2:

We're coming home tomorrow.........I don't want to leave, but this way, I may not have sun poisoning..........(oh yea, I heard, our weather in Philly was really bad yesterday also, Jeni!):teacher: two more months until summer....:flower3: :hourglass

It is snowing as I write!!:scared1: :cold: :cold: :cold: :cold: :scared1:

SO TIRED!
delayed flight into Philadelphia (4 hours)
got to bed at 3:00 this morning (should have been home at 11:00 last night)
I will NEVER, EVER fly Southwest again....
so much to say, so little movement of the fingers today
sorry i didn't make contact with all of you - our schedule with the kids was
HORRIBLE.
I could never, EVER do chaperoning again on a WDW trip, that starts at
6 AM and bed at 12 midnight.
I'm not used to parks all day and all night long.....
tomorrow i'm at work again, i'll write more then...you can tell I'm exhausted, no smilies from me today.

I'm sorry that you had such problems with SW. We like flying with them, but when you have problems it always leaves a bad taste in your mouth (me and Delta!).

I am anxious to hear more about the trip....

JoAnnster, please tell me you are not flying SW?!:confused3

Never, EVER been so glad to be home from WDW:woohoo:
Right now I'm listening to our CD the kids made for Disney - they are GREAT.:cool1: I was TOTALLY in heaven helping the girls get dressed for their performance...remember, I never got to help with 'undergarments' and makeup, having boys, I almost cried I enjoyed it so much!

The whole group had a night at the last performance at Hoop-Dee-Do and of course, they always pick someone out of the audience...guess who was embarrassed! Bob! the one girl kept coming over and sitting on his lap and kissing him. :love1: THEN we go to Marrakesh in Morocco and the belly dancer chooses Bob to dance with her:cheer2: (he had NO complaints!----ha!ha! Bill).
First time we EVER ate at Morocco and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
THEN we go to Prime Time with a group of parents and I get in trouble.
A few of our kids got picked for the one prize they are giving away - a lanyard with fast passes for all the major rides in that particular park.

Now, Lucster, it sounds like you had a good time....despite the lack of sleep!! Seriously, we all have to go back again soon! What dates will you be there this summer?? :confused3 ....oh that Bob, WHAT A CHICK MAGNET!

I think Ken is going to do the Marathon in WDW next January (or Half-Marathon).....it's the second w/e in January.....if I book I'll let you know.....(we all have to cheer him on!).....he's also registered for the NYC Marathon the first w/e in November.......the fun never stops around here!:rotfl:

Where's Jenny? She held down the boards all last week......and now she's disappeared!!:surfweb:

We are at the shore about to visit Ken's family....still a tough time for them....his brother is still fighting "the disease" and he asked us over today....

Tonight we are going AC ......time to "roll those bones" baby!

Happy Easter to all!!!:dance3:

A Happy Easter to All.....

Bob and I just got back from NYC, saw Mamma Mia (me, for the second time, him for the first time)....left Tyler at home this time. We really didn't have alot of time to do anything except have lunch and see the show - it was a tour from our local Tourway, so there was NOT time to SHOP! It was SO COLD in NYC:scared1: .....I think it was warmer in January when we went with the gang.:cold:

Absolutely NO PLANS for tomorrow:woohoo: .....this is a first for us, for a holiday.:cool1: I really don't have a problem with no plans. ...I just hope we can find a McDonald's open tomorrow:lmao:

OH, Lynn, please tell Keith I DID have one Mickey ice cream bar last week, one Mickey ice cream sandwich and four out of FIVE mornings, a Mickey waffle.....that's what Disney is ALL about!

You ask where Jenny is:confused3 ....excuse me, but what season has started:dance3: :dance3: that's where Jenny is!:cheer2: I heard people getting on a bus this morning for the Yankees game...I could NOT sit thru a baseball game till about July!

Joannster: IF I AM retired next January, I COULD go with you.....Bob did inform me today IF I retire, don't expect to sit on your butt and eat bon-bons:lmao: :lmao: (told him I don't like bon-bons!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: )....I'm keeping my options open - I already MAY have a babysitting job for two days a week.....or I'm going out to look for a job at the hospital (Bryan and me, at the same place of employment, that's what you call bonding:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :sad2: )

Have a good day tomorrow, everyone. Oh, yea, AND it is Tyler's birthday on Monday - 15!:scared1:

Welcome back from NYC, Loose! Did Bob like the show?? You sound alittle tired, have a nice day of rest!:happytv:

We visited Ken's family and of course, his mom is still having a rough time. Then we went to AC (The Borgata) AND I WON $200! You know, I could become addicted to this!!:goodvibes

I'm deciding about the WDW Marathon soon, and I'll be reserving rooms if we do it! I'll let everyone know, if we go!

Well the Easter Bunny arrived......the kiddies are still sleeping so, they don't know yet!!:lmao:

Hope are have a wonderful holiday here and "across the pond.":cloud9:

Hi Everyone have a great Easter, I'll talk tomorrow we've just got back from holland it was fantastic to see all the bulbs, I'll try and post pics tomorrow!

it is baseball season. It was a cold weekend, but the kids and I watched from the Riverfront Club. We beat the Pirates 2 out of 3 games. Next weekend is the Chicago series at Wrigley, but we are not going...too cold!!

Holland!!!! WOW! How exciting Lynn! I'd love to see the pictures!

JoAnn I feel for you, Ken and family. It's tough to lose a family member. I hope his brother is doing well soon. How was SB??? and the thong????:scared1:

Debi??? How's it going with you???

Hey all! SB was great, we saw many thongs and the lack there of.......;)

I came back with a bad case of laryngitis.....so I HAD to go to school yesterday, b/c we had a class trip today to Harrisburg AND I COULDN'T TALK AT ALL!!:rotfl2: Now imagine, me not talking........:confused3 I know....some of you are laughing your heads off!! Then.....(hey, Lynn), my principal walks in to observe me (for the first time this year!)..... and I tell her I have no voice and she smiles and sits down.....:teacher: .....and I have to teach while whispering...... ...it was so ironic, it was funny!!!:sad2: So I guess it'll be K SPED for me next year!!:scared:

Welcome back from Holland, Lynn! I've been researching Europe and the more I read the less I think I know!!! How do you do it? Do you get good airfares or something???:confused3

Hey Jenny! What about this crappy weather?? If it's baseball season, it should be at least 60, sunny and maybe alittle breezy.....at least your team is winning..........:cheer2:

Hey Loose, I hope everything is okay.....maybe you got the cold that I got from all the traveling!!:scared1:

I am beat.....enough traveling for a while around here...........:happytv: :surfweb: :coffee: :bored:

Anyone else enjoying the beautiful weather, lately?:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Just finished an 8-8 day. We have spring conferences, so I was at work doing those. We get off at 11:30 tomorrow for our "comp" time. This weekend is a "home" weekend, but I still have to make the trip to Cincinnati to take Mallory to her rehearsal for the big fashion show.

My :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: is so piled up it's unbelievable! So, that's the main focus of the weekend however I haven't really been too focused lately, so what does that mean??? :scared:

I am off to bed, but someone please visit me this weekend:coffee: !!

Hey all! Just coming to check in and let you know we're all still alive. Things have been extremely busy/crazy/stressful around here but we should all be back around soon =)

I havent had time to catch up on the board, but I do hope all is well with you guys. We miss you lots<3

NOW Lucy can talk again........:woohoo:

Seriously i wrote a long thread the other night and lost it when i submitted it, so, the stubborness in me said "$&*#&$*#&$*# it!"......it was a good one too, and funny.:furious: :furious: :furious:

WELL, Allie, welcome, welcome welcome:love:
Question: are you gonna be at Disney this summer, I'm really hoping and praying you will - we will be there from Aug. 1-Aug. 10, BWV (thank you Fishers for introducing us to that place).:grouphug:

Well, it is (sort-of) official, June 23 is my retirement date - Bob and I are a little scared because I'm leaving already (not reaching my 35 years-shy 9 months)...but our contract is changing July 1st and I was advised by the retirement counselor on campus it would be to my benefit to leave.:sad1: :confused3 :surfweb: :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: SO, everyone, you know where I've been lately - alot of thinking (can't write and think at same time:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: ). I'll be back, i promise.:flower3:
