It is Friday, 5:30 AM, and I've been to Wallyworld and back already.
Bob is at work, since 3:45 AM!
Walmart was a MADHOUSE....don't even wanna 'go there' how crazy it was - I got the one item I went for and got the heck out of the store....I think I was the second last person to get the item (a PSP for Tyler, gameboy), it really got ugly.
SO, I'm ready to do housework and it is only 5:30 AM, what will I be like at 6:30 tonight? , when we are going out to dinner with friends

...they don't have a day off to stuff themselves with turkey, potatoes, corn, pumpkin pie, etc. etc. etc.....and then feel awful after eating all that food....hmmmm, who are the smart ones here....THE BRITS!

then get up at the crack of dawn, and even before that time, to go shopping.....THE BRITS are sounding like very smart people to me!

You know, girls (AND BOY), I'm busy too, but can't forget you guys either...I miss you

Bob is presently decorating for Christmas (the theme this year is the Wilderness Lodge, every year it is a different theme - I liked last year's better - there was NO theme - we WERE in Disney for Christmas ) - the decorating is totally HIS job - I'm baking cookies - totally MY favorite thing to do.

of course it is two days late, but hey! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Mark and I had an o.k. time despite having to go to his family's house. His little sister brought home her fiancee' and his kids. That's a story for another day..... Mallory loved his 16 year old daughter and John hit it off with the son who is 15. We stayed in a hotel for the first time. The house was packed with Kathy and her new family. What a blessing! It is a nice local hotel near their their house, so we had a great time. We had our own space which is not something we are used to. The kids had the pool and we had a PUB!!! I am booking that same stop for Christmas!!!

Went today on the way home to try on the dreaded bridesmaid gown for Kathy's wedding. I swear it looks just like the curtains in a funeral home. I cannot believe I am paying my hard earned money for this ugly thing! To add insult to injury, the bridesmaids are all 26, then there's me (I am 27!!!!) The dress is not me (however what dress is????) The lady fitting me was a flake. She insisted that her "measurements" would suffice. I insisted on trying on the dress to discover, yes I DID need a larger size which I had told her I would. She wanted to order Mallory's one size larger. I, once again, insisted that she try one on. Well, she ended up with a dress TWO sizes larger to accomodate growth before the wedding next fall. There was no room for growth in the dress she tried on. Mallory's dress is cute.

Oh!! Holidays at WDW is on TV......I'll check back in tomorrow!

Well, Jenny, if you're 27, I MUST BE 28!!!! Thx you made my day!!

Today, I had tournament duty, I GOT UP AT 4:30AM, LEFT AT 5:30AM and my cranky DD16 TOLD ME I WAS MAKING HER LATE!!!!!!!!!! I told her to SU and I went to Starbucks for coffee at 5:45am......................needless to say we made it on time at 7:00am in Delaware!!!Never wish to be me! While waiting between games, we went shopping and I bought a new lawn ornament (a rotating carousel with Santa, elves and reindeer!) The day was not wasted! Jessica was in ANOTHER college showcase (I keep hoping for a Bloomington coach, Jeny!) BTW, one of our players has committed to Kutztown U, Lycy..... It was actually a beautiful day around here, so I'm really not complaining!!!

I'm having a nice rest......next Thursday Ken, Jess and I are heading to Raleigh, NC to ANOTHER college showcase and the NCAA women's soccer final..........exciting..........(and you thought Jen & family were sports nuts???)

Well done Bill, Be scared everyone doesn't John get the use of his computer back nexy week!!!!!
I'm really glad I won I drafted in a different defence because the Jags had so many injuries but hadn't realised the Thanksgiving games started so early(messed up the time conversion!) so by the time I got in from work it was too late to play them and they scored 22 my poor little Jags only scored 7, If I had of lost I would have been really miffed.

Lucy I know you don't like the football talk how is your mum?

3 weeks of school left before we break for Christmas, Keith and I are going to Madeira for 2 weeks.............not Disney but it'll have to dnce the new year arrives our mMd cruise will seem that much closer. Joann we must start talking excursions once DCL have announced theirs. Alex have you convinced your mum and dad yet, gotta go i'm late for work now do you ever just not want to go to work, I feek=l like that today

literally - NO Magic next year - yesterday we had the heating people in to service our furnace - we need a new one. A NEW ONE, guys....this house has never been warm, and now we know why - 12 years ago they installed a piece of junk.....hopefully, we will have warmer days, starting Friday.
You all know what I mean about NO Magic next year...I'm so sorry, guys.
Please don't exclude us in all your planning though, we are so happy for all of you. Remember, we will still meet here in the USA!

Mother is coming home from the hospital tomorrow - 28 days later....but now the work begins for me also....we are not sure if she can live by herself....
gotta get on the phone today.

Lucy ~ I know you all are very disappointed about the Med. I feel bad for you guys. And the furnace thing, well home repairs are a pain in the watoosie!!! They are never timely. You will appreciate the furnace when you are warm this winter.

DisDaddy ~ I haven't broken the news to the B-town Bomber "coach" how you beat him this past weekend. Given his computer privledges are still revoked until this Friday, he is still winning consistently without doing anything! Coach John will be glad to get back to the p.c. and "beef up" for the playoffs!!

Speaking of John.....he turns 13 this Friday!!! I cannot believe it! He is now taller than I am, wearing a size 10 1/2 shoe and needs to shave that upper lip!!!!

Anyone know anything about Kathy????? It's like she fell off the face of the Earth! I am worried!!!!!! She has never been awal this long!

Debi ~ How's the new store coming along?? How is Bri? Not much lately on her, just concerned. Is Alex getting WDW fever having been away from there "so long"?

Lynn ~ Where are you in terms of your school year now? Do you take a long break during the holidays? I am doing my English holiday again this year. We all do a country to teach the kids of holiday traditions. It's fun.

JoAnn ~ When do you get out for the holidays? We get out Dec. 21st. I can work the 22nd or Jan. 5th to complete semester records. I am going to work the 22nd and get it over!! Yes, we will be 1/2 way through the school year on Dec. 21st!!!!!! Everyone gets to go home on the holidays already having completed semester exams!!! I go back Jan. 8th. I love that idea. It gives me a lot of down time after the holidays to reorganize! My theory is that no matter what day we get out, I will HAVE to be ready on Dec. 25th!!

WTG, John, you teenager you!! We are off to Raleigh for the w/e for the Final Four Division 1 Champs & College Showcase. Jessica will be playing and watching some incredible games.........EVERY college D-1 coach will be there!

So wish her luck, this is really exciting........I won't be saying "hi" unless I can get to a computer............miss you all...................
