Kudos to Bob for a great show. That was definitely the best high school performance I have ever seen. I know he gives his blood, sweat and tears for months to produce a show like that, and it shows. It was well worth the trip,
Lucy - and seeing you guys was the icing on the cake (worth sitting in the traffic for). A lot of very talented kids. Tyler did a great job, he is such a good kid, and was definitely happy to see us there, he couldn't believe we drove all the way from NY to see the show! Anyway, Lucy didn't tell you the best part of the show - Tyler plays Aida's father and (if you haven't seen the play) there is a scene where he is in the boat, and they cut him loose from the dock - ok, here comes the best part - Tyler (using Flintstone power) turns that boat on the Nile into a motorboat and ZIPS

(sorry can't find a speeding boat) across the stage. It was hysterical. When Alex and I were driving home, she was trying to tell her friend the story on the phone and the two of us could not stop laughing...

We had tears in our eyes.
JoAnn - Glad the girls enjoyed their w/e together. Too bad Tracy kind of spilled the beans...
Well,
Jenny - is now tailgaiting at her Ohio/Michigan game, boy would I love to be there. I wonder if my friend's daughter is going. It was sad to hear the Michigan coach passed away yesterday, wonder how that will affect the team. And a big Rutgers game today...NJ finally has something to be proud of (sorry
Bill )!
So I suppose I will get my butt beat in FF again this w/e, I am playing John. Unfortunately
Bill - everyone does not get into the playoffs. It is the team in each division with the best record, and then I am not sure how the other team(s) get in, maybe next best record. Got to check the rules, but I know last year when I played I did not make the playoffs. I am in 3 different leagues this year, and I should make the playoffs with one of my other leagues (I am 8-2 right now) but you never know. Last week I had a really bad week and lost all my games, first time this year.
Alex is going to the Jets vs Chicago game tomorrow with one of her friends. Micco is away hunting, he left yesterday morning around 4, and will be back Monday night. I think I am going to try to motivate to paint the room in the basement tonight because Alex really wants to get moved into the apartment downstairs before Christmas.
Also, we are having a New Years Eve party. If any of you have no plans for NYE, and would like to come, we would LOVE TO HAVE YOU, so just let us know. It is always a fun time! It's my FIL's birthday, so we always celebrate in style. Plenty of margaritas, champagne...and a place to crash if you want to. Good coffee and bagels in the morning too, right
Lucy!
Have a great w/e all!
