I took it to school today, within 30seconds of reading it my admin assistant had got the instruction manual for our phone system out!!!! The rest of the staff all want it on our phones...what have I started

You know it kinda made us all feel a bit better that halfway around the world they were going through the same nonsense and now I've heard you guys relating to it too at least I know it's not just our little corner of the UK that's gone mad , but the whole world!!!
ok I've managed week one, next week I'm on a residential with 10, 10 and 11 year olds for a week, tiring but it will fly by, soon I'll be counting in single digits like Joann

From rain and really cold weather we've lurched into a heat wave It's suppose to last for the next 4 days so I'll be making the most of it this weekend, hope you all have a good weekend too.

Hey all, one day closer, everything that Lynn has in her memo has happened in my school in the last week (except maybe the swearing at teachers!)

I can't wait until next year, I met some of my future students and they seemed wonderful!

2 1/2 days here................

I am leaving on 6/23..............it looks pretty good, I can't wait to try a new line! I hope we're not too spoiled by DCL!

Well, we are in Cincinnati, nestled in for the weekend. Just got back from the Reds game. Lost 6-5 to the Cubs. We had won 9 staight, so not to fret! Tomorrow we are taking the kids to King's Island to Boomerang Bay waterpark. I like that place. I chill and they play! We will see the Reds tomorrow night and Sunday afternoon before heading home again.

Marshall starts "Camp Invention" on Monday. It is 6 1/2 hours for 5 days of hands on science inventing. He is excited. John, of course, refers it to it as "Nerd Camp". He's not far off!! Anyway, the bus will pick him up at 7:20 a.m. each day!!

John has his last week of baseball season this week. Mallory has her tournament. In a week or two we will be done and free of Little League baseball!!!

More closets to clean next week. I have a garage sale scheduled for the 24th!

Glad to hear of all the ball games successes! How is Lucy's clan doing (you're already done school?) And Kathy, I believe is traveling? How's Deb and family, what up with Alex? Has Bri recovered from her party yet? Hang in there, Lynn, let's start planning what show you want to see in October!

JoAnn FOUR DAYS!!!!!! Clean??? Nawwww! I thought I was the only person who was nuts enough to do that! For some reason April/May at my house is a time to set off a bomb and see how long it takes me to clean it up in May/June!! I still have a long way to go before I have "finished" cleaning, especially the closets. We have a TON of closets which means a TON of junk!

Lucy You are being awful quiet??? What's up?? Tyler is done, so at least she isn't dragging him out of bed anymore!

I think Kathy is traveling. DVC at Hilton Head, right? Sounds great to me!

Debi How's the latest with things? Bri should be winding down as well! How is Micco?

Didn't we used to get a visit from Allie Gator once in a while? We needs a Disney Fix to get us to July!!!!

Hey Jenny, I guess it's just us this weekend, maybe we should stop talking until Lucy comes back???

I was with the "rents", you know Fisherman Bill and his bride today, we froze our "you know whats" on the beach today, it was not pretty! I was hoping HE would catch some fish, but NO, he wouldn't even try, humph!

I'm psyched b/c this is my last "work" weekend for awhile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope all are well, write back soon!

JoAnn - DID YOU SEE the forecast for the tropics...already tropical storms...
instantly thought of you. Here's hoping the storm is GONE until you get there.

We had two days of auditions for next year's musical, AIDA - the talent is once again wonderful. Today, shopping at Wally World for groceries. I told Bob, it is MUCH MORE expensive to have Tyler home in the summer....
we've got to FILL the pantry...and still he isn't satisfied. NO, I'm NOT complaining, at least he can sleep in the morning.

It's 6:00 PM and I haven't put any away....well, for three of us that is. I just toss Bryan's in his room along with every other piece of clothing he owns....he wants to play the game, I can too!

Don't worry my friends, I'll be back tomorrow.

Just checking in to say hello. Briana has a half day tomorrow and then finals and regents start. She is officially done, I believe the 26th or 27th.

Nothing new going on here. I had a an All Night Crop last night, which turned out good, and it was a good day at work. Weather here was beautiful today, 75, it would be nice though if it got a little warmer.

JoAnn - Are you going to book your airfare for the Med through All Seasons or on your own? Are you guys going to try to fly out of NY. We should try to go together, but we are still not sure when we will be leaving. How about you, have you thought about it yet? Micco has been watching the airfare, and they are up to June of next year at this point, I guess next month we get to see what the damages will be.

It was cold and rainy ALL WEEKEND! We took the kids to King's Island in the rain Sat. They rode all they wanted!! I had to call a girlfriend to bring sweatshirts for my kids to borrow! We froze all three games!!! What's up with 50-60 degree weather in JUNE???

It is suppose to get up in the 80s this week. At least we won't freeze! Mallory's tournament starts tomorrow night....

Glad you are back Lucy....I worry when you don't talk!

OK, amazing - I have time during the week to chat, but it is on weekends when I can't find a minute to sit at my computer

I didn't tell you what ELSE happened on Saturday afternoon - our van broke down, luckily in town, and we just had it repaired two weeks ago - I'm talking REPAIRED - $1500 repaired... Feel VERY lucky where it happened and not on some MAJOR highway, or on the way to the airport.
Just one more thing to worry about.

JoAnn - I'm so happy - the storm is headed to Florida TODAY - tons of
rain, but hopefully you will see only sunshine during your cruise....
have you been on the RCCL chat boards We've always liked RCCL when we sailed with them, I've never tried one of their newer ships.
Tyler has never been on a RCCL so he assumes we can only sail Disney...
but I'd like to go back on one of their newer ships.

All this talk of tropical weather.....I heard one person on the TV today say that it's a good thing for Florida. It will helps with the fires. Let's hope it helps and not hurt anyone! I hate storms in general...

Well Marshall started invention camp. They took apart "gadgets" today. My mom's friend gave hin a popcorn air popper. He was in heaven. They take parts from old things and invent new things. This should be interesting!!! This is so him! He was all smiles after camp even knowing he'd be back on the bus at 7:20 a.m.!!! It MUST be fun!

1 hour and 15 minutes...and I'm BEAT....MAN, am I EVER gonna hurt

two hours is enough! You've got to remember your DISers from last year - the heck with those RCCL (although, secretly, JoAnn, I really, really wanna go back on RCCL - their big ships, golfing, ice skating, water parks...and
actually I'm on their e-mail for specials, and their specials are alot better $$$$$$ than Disney!). I DO want an HONEST report from you when you return, on your opinion of RCCL, ok?
Remember, Bob must still convince me for Med. That is why you don't see me over there (on those boards)...I could get a 4 day Wonder (maybe TWO AND RCCL and still have some change compared to Med and their shore excursions and the flight costs....I KNOW, it is Europe, and I'm not cancelling it yet.

YEP, I knew it would happen - I'm STIFF from that walk....I feel SO OLD.

Go JoAnn!! The first 1 1/2 days are the hardest. Those mornings that the bell rings and no kids show up are PRICELESS!!! Just think....10 days and you'll be CRUISIN'! While it's not DCL, it's a cruise!!!! I'd go!
