Our little scout has returned........FILTHY!!!! I gutted everything he brought home in anticipation of "special visitors" but fortunately none joined the trip here! I am in the midst of hell from all his muddy/dirty clothing, bed linens, etc. He had the time of his life!!

Bill would be proud as one of his pride purchases was a bamboo fishing pole! He loved the lake and took his pole out in a row boat with anticipation of "a big catch" but not on bite!

We left Mark sound asleep in bed this morning to drive back to get him.

Welcome home Marshall! Tracy should be home in about 24 hours, finally! Tara is down in OC, NJ with Jer's family for the night. She'll be heading to NYC tomorrow and begins work the next day.

The Rents received a surprise bouquet from sister Cindi, which really "blew them away!" I think I saw tears, they were so flabbergasted. We're off to a bbq, talk to you all soon............Jenny..............START PACKING!

Hi all..... We have had a wonderful few days in Brigantine with JoAnn, Ken, Tara, Jeremy, Jessica, & Jack!! Played a number of games on the beach, Ken & JoAnn supplied all the fixing for a fantastic barbecue on the beach. We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Bill's sister in Oregon--soooo surprised. Then on to a picnic with old friends at a former condo area--JoAnn brought a special cake from Aversa bakery to celebrate our 50th and people looked through our wedding album(so much fun for me to look at those old pictures).... Just a terrific imprompt occassion and a great time all around. Love Alice

Wow! How long has it been since EVERYONE in the Lawall house was home?

Not even today b/c Tara has already gone on the train to NYC. I can't wait to check out her new digs and shop in Lower Manhattan this summer! At this point, I'll settle for everyone being in the same country for a while!

Tracy is now flying from London to PHL. Her time of arrival should be about 7:30pm.

How's the packing going?

Packing???.....it's slow. I am trying to keep M&M from killing each other! They haven't missed a beat in that department even after being apart for a week!

John just landed in Indianapolis and should be home soon. He has to unpack, repack and fly BACK TO FLORIDA on Tuesday. Rough life, right???

Lucy, I am not schooled in PA Dutch, but I think the face make up is a no go, isn't it??

OK, the festival is over - Bob and I helped my lady pack up - that took 2-1/2 hours....we are BEAT! I am happy it is over, but I WILL work for her again next year if she returns...she is a great southern lady from Alabama. We had a GREAT time together....get this, she talks as much as I do!

I am SO THRILLED those girls are back in the USA! (for now!)

I just had the rare experience to go to an airport and not get on or off a plane.......it was the best, seeing Tracy after so many weeks. She's never allowed to leave again! She's so tan and I got to hear all about the 21 YO dramas between friends, etc. She did well (a few of her friends were pickpocketed) She told us how in Barcelona, they stay out ALL NIGHT until 6 in the morning!

Glad the FF is over for you, Lucy, it sounded like it was a tough week! You also have to start packing!

I have a ton of appointments today. However, I do need to get Mallory's ear checked. I want to make sure the antibiotic worked and we go to WDW without an ear infection. John had one once and we ended up with a $250 doctor bill!

Lots of errands on top of all the appointments.....about 1/2 packed myself. M&M are in good shape. John is in charge of his own. Mark hasn't started. He came home in a not so cheerful mood last night and went to bed.

The yard needs mowed and it's pouring down rain!
