OK, here are more I found. Deeper into the season, the spoilers are less detailed but you can get an idea of how the season progresses....
Episode 10.04: Shifts Happen
Airdate: Fall 2003
08/09 - On these shifts we have injured street racers, a kid who swallowed a quarter, a motorcycle accident, and a man who goes spontaneously mute.
08/09 - Abby is turned down for a loan, and Jerry tells her she'll never be approved for one with her lousy credit rating. She then tries to get a cash advance on a credit card. Gillian stops in to post a notice for Luka who's apparently selling some of his things. She tells Abby he misses his friends and that she should drop by.
08/03 - Neela thinks Chen's on her case because she feels she is going after Pratt. (and Chen and Pratt have apparently broken up). Chen informs her she's hard on all the medical students, especially the females because its for their own good. Both Pratt and Weaver make some lousy judgement calls during traumas. Elizabeth reveals to Abby that she and Dorset have been dating.
Episode 10.05: Out of Africa
Airdate: Fall 2003
08/14 - The title refers to Kovac coming back to the ER and not to Carter being back from Africa. Carter is again a no-show in this episode. It's Halloween which explains why a young Henry, with his mother and a baby, shows up dressed as Harry Potter. The baby fell out of a cart and hit his head. Paula, the mother, seems not be all "there" (note that she's been seeing a therapist and seems to be going through divorce proceedures). Paula will make a life-altering decision. Samatha Taggart, the new nurse reports for her first shift. Her son, Toby, also drops by and he's really interested in medical supplies and maybe more... Toby and Kovac talk about Africa and Luka's possible return there. Weaver wants to set some guidelines to Kovac's return in the ER. Triage is overloaded of patients, making Romano as nice and happy as always. Kovac sends Neela, Galant, and Coop to help out in triage. Kovac's decision helps clean triage fastly, making Romano surpisingly nice and happy, unlike usual.

Patients include a 40-year-old homeless woman, a woman who throws up, a six-year old also throwing up, a man with a twisted knee, someone with a chest and arm rash. Abby, Lewis, Pratt, Corday, Dorset, Morris, and Frank also appear in the episode.
08/09 - Sam's son, Hunter, is now named Toby.
08/03 - We meet County's newest nurse, Samantha "Sam" Tanner, in her 20's, and single mom to 9-year-old Hunter. She's got spunk and she's got sass. She's not impressed with Romano's method of running the show. Guess who's back in med school. Gallant offers her his notes.

She's doing her surgical rotation and is sent down to the ER immediately for a consult where Romano promptly humiliates her in front of all. Luka, however, is quite pleased she's taken this step. He likes how she looks in her lab coat.

Abby and Elizabeth hang out after work: dinner and a childish prank.
Episode 10.06: The Greater Good
Airdate: Fall 2003
09/16 - Pratt deals with a woman who thinks she is going into labor after 24 weeks of pregnancy. The woman doesn't want to have the baby so soon especially since the baby will surely be sick and have to go through hell since it'll be prematured. Pratt will be torned between following policy and breaking the rules. Romano wants everyone to tick off a few more boxes on their forms and find ways to get more money. Lewis gives Hollander (Bob Newhart) a puppy. A patient who was treated before asks to see doctor Carter; Sam answers that Carter doesn't work here anymore. We know for sure that the following will also appear in the episode: Kovac, Frank, Chen, Jerry, Abby, Neela, Malik, Corday, Coop, and Weaver. Source: Izzy
09/01 - Is it The Greater Good to donate organs? To keep a very premature baby alive on machines? To medicate a kid with behavior problems? Its up to the ER docs to help their patients decide.
From Daisy:
Oliver is a patient who isn't really happy with the care at County General. He wants to talk to the doctor who stiffed him, our loved John Carter! Sam says that Carter doesn't work there anymore. Jaws drop open! Oliver wants to see Carter's boss. Sam informs him that she doesn't work there anymore.
Luka just finished treating Zack, the troubled kid of the week. Sam approaches him with a woman in a weelchair. She asks if he can clear some beds, they are getting backed up again. Luka turns to Lester, who is treating a patient the next bed. Luka asks what is the patient's story, Lester says wound check and Luka tells him to do it in the waiting room, they need the bed. For the patient, you know, not for som va vaaa voom voooom action! Luka gestures to Sam, the bed in Curtain Three is hers. Sam tells Luka, do that ten more times I will marry you. No! Don't listen to her, Luka! I will marry you without demanding ten more beds!
This one is so sad. Denny is a 28 years old pregnant woman. She arrives at County by cab but doesn't make the doors, she holds her abdome in pain. Sam talks to Frank outside, sees the scene and goes help Denny. She says she thinks she is having a miscarriage, Sam aks how long, she says 24 weks. Sam asks if it is her first pregnancy and Denny says this is the first one to last this long. Sam knows this is not a good sign.
Once inside ER, Prats does a ultrasound on Denny, she is very nervous. Pratt tells her ther eis a heartbeat, the amniotic fluid index is good and there is excellent feal movement. Denny asks if the baby is good and Pratt explains baby is fine but she is dilated, three centimeters. She tells him she had two miscarriages, she was supposed to start bed rest next week and she can't go trhough another miscarriage. Pratt says he is going to give her some Medicine so she won't go into labor. She is worried, aks if she is in labor, he says not if he can prevent it, the baby still needs a few more weeks before he is done.
Do you know what it is called, sweethearts? Anvil.
Soon Pratt tells Denny that it didn't work, her contractions are increasing, her cervix is dilating. She can't believe she is having another miscarriage, her husband went to Seattle to work, wnated to stay with her and she told him to go. Pratt explains her that she is not miscarriage, she is in labor and she is going to have the baby. Denny says she is only 24 weeks and Pratt replies he is sending her to OB, they can handle a premiee delivery there. She reminds him he told her the baby was not ready and he says 24 weeks babies can survive. But the thing is, Denny doesn't want a premiee, even though Pratt tells her the NICU handles babies like that all the time. But Denny is not convinced at all. She makes clear she does not want a baby this way, babies like that have brain damage, her sister-in-law, baby was sick for six months, mother was in NICU everyday and the baby still died.
Did I tell you that Denny was in labor, right? Well, Pratt is not deciding anything alone. Before he told Denny she was having the baby, he talked to Susan, told her about his patient and that she was in early labor, but cervical dilation has progressed from 3 to 6 on terb and mag. Susan asks about fetal distress and he replies that it looks good, heartbeats are good, good variability. Susan sugests repeat the terb, but Pratt explains that she is tachy.
Ok, back to Denny. Righ after she says she doesn't want a baby that way, Pratt goes to the admin desk and tells Susan Denny doesn't want the baby. Abby is around and Susan tells her that the baby is 24 weeks and when Abby asks the weight Pratt says 520 grams on the ultrasound. Abby tells them that 24 wweks and 500 grams, that is the hospital's viability threshold and Susan says that Pedes is going to ressuciate the baby, mother doesn't have a choice.
Luka is also around and questions that they are going to spent half a millions dollars keeping one baby alive while they shut down the lead eradication program. He adds that he has admmited three kids for chelation that week.
Romano (yes they are all around) says why stamp out lead poisining when you can shoot your wad on one little gorker who can enjoy a lifetime of special ed. Then he says, good thinking Pratt
Luka is called away and Pratt asks what he is supposed to do, he gets two attendings telling him different things. Susan explains to him that hospital's policy is there for a reason, first he learns the rules, then he learns when to break them. She asks what does he thinks is in Denny's best interest. Pratt confess to Susan that he is afraid Denny's best interest isn't in her baby's interest.
Pratt talks to Denny againd and she asks what is the medical consensus. He just answers hat he wants to do what is best for her and for the baby and Denny says again that she doesn't want the baby if the baby is going to be premature. He asks her to speak to a neonatologist, asks for ten minutes, she agrees.
Vargas, the neonoatalogy guy looks for Pratt, asks about Denny. He cheks her bed, it is empty, he tells Lily (Lily!) to check the women's restroom for him.
But Denny left.
Pratt goes after Luka, who is talking to Sharon, Zack's mother. He says she left, Luka asks who, Pratty says my pregnant patient. Pratt asks if Luka talked to Denny, Luka says no, Pratt is pissed says Denny took Luka's advice and left. They are arguing now and Luka replies that leaving was always Denny's prerrogative. That is when a cab driver starts yelling that he needs a doctor. Both Pratt and Luka go towards the man, still arguing. Pratt arguments that the fact it was Denny's prerrogative doesn't mean it was the best thing for Denny to do. He also says that Luka is supposed to be teaching him there. Luka snaps back, he is trying but Pratt isn't listening to him.
They find Denny bleeding in the back seat in the middle of a pool of blood and amniotic fluid. She tells Pratt that she thought she could make St. Joe, but the baby is coming. They are in a hurry there, Denny is looking wifty. Pratt asks Luka if that happening to Denny was in her best interest. Luka replies that Denny wouln't have left if Prat'd done what she asked. Pratt is pissed with Luka and with himself.
That is the last Denny spoile, it's long.
Denny is in labor, Pratt tells her to not push. Lots of blood there, Sam is helping Luka and Pratt and Neela and Malik (Malik!) come in with a neonatal warme and a nenonatal resusciation equipment. Baby's feet is out, Luka tells Sam to type and cross Denny for four units of blood. Denny says it is too soon, Pratt tells her one last big push and the baby slips out. It is tiny, covered in blood, a boy who is alive but is not crying. He is extremely premature.
Denny's monitor alarms and Sam helps Luka do deliver the placenta. A lot of blood follows the placenta, covers Sam. The bleeding is worse and Luka tries to stop it compressing the uterus from inside and out, while Pratt starts bagging the baby. Pratt asks if they have a pulse and Malik says it is slow, under a hundred. Neela wants to know if she should start compressions, but Pratt tells her to bag him up first. That's when Luka says no, they need to weight the baby before they do anything else, less than 500 grams they stop. Pratt orders Neela to draw up some epi and get ready with the tube. Denny says no tube, says please. Luka tells Pratt to not tube the baby until he gest a weight.
Baby is 506 grams.
Luka leaves. Denny asks what is happening, asks why did he (Pratt) save him (the baby). She looks away from Pratt and her eyes fall on the baby warmer, baby is covered by dozens of wires, tubes. Pratt says it looks worse than it is, explains that the tube in the baby's mouth helps him to breathe, the catheters in the umbilical cord are for fluids, nutrition, medication, but underneath all that baby looks good for a 24 weeker. Denny doesn't say a word and Pratt says really. She is horrified, fighting of tears, which is not the reaction Pratt was expecting.
Sam is taking Denny's vitals and the NICU staff is ready to take the baby upstairs. Pratt tells Denny that she lost a lot of blood and needed a transfusion, but she will be fine. He wheels both the warmer and the ventilator closer to Denny's bed, says the baby is going to the NICU. She says good. He says the baby is doing better. She says just take him away. He says Denny. She says please. He does.
Pratt tells Luka to stay away from his patients, from now on he will present to another attending. He walks away and Malik gives him the premiee's babygram.
Later Pratt looks a tiny babygram then looks into the NICU. Denny is watching the baby in the warmer. She is on a wheelchair. Pratt steps closer to her, but she doesn't break her vigil. He says he has baby's first x-rays, heart and lungs look good. Denny says he is fighting. He says he told her, she should get out of her feet. Denny says she is going to stay there a little while, she doesn't want the baby to die alone. That is not what Pratt was hoping for.
End of the show.

Romanos there and puts his oar in, and asks why they should do this. Abby says its because the patient want to have a baby. Romano says that maybe its Gods way of saying its a bad idea. After Elizabeth is called in, Morris decides to leave. Pratt tells him he should stay, but Morris wants to go back to his eye patient. Elizabeth asks if hes squeamish, but Pratt says hes just stupid. The patient doesnt want to be treated at County, and tells them hes calling his own doctor. Pratt tells him he cant use his mobile and takes it away. Romano enters, and tells the patient he spoke with Countys CEO, who happens to be the patients former Wharton classmate. Romano tells the patient hes working on a transfer to get him out of County. Romano and another doctor later handle this patient; they have a doctor from the Mayo Clinic on standby. The patient asks if he can run in the next marathon. Kerry comes by and has words with Pratt. However, it turns out Pratts decision to call the radiologist and convince him that a shunt is the best thing to do helped save the patient.
Neela has a young patient with helium in her lungs. The patient asks if shes going to float away, and Neela tells her she wont, but shell be talking funny. Neela sets up heliox treatment for her. Neela asks Frank if theres a bed for her patient in the pedes ICU, but there isnt.
Romano (I think, I dont know for sure) has made some allegations against Pratt. He tells Anspaugh that he only gets out of line once in awhile. Anspaugh thinks the allegations crap; if it were true, he wouldve received complaints from other attendings. Anspaugh tells Pratt hes a victim of a traumatized man with a personality disorder. Anspaugh tells Pratt that he saw Pratts performance and hes a valuable asset. Pratt shakes hands with Anspaugh and smiles. Seems Anspaughs married because he tells Pratt he needs to get home or his wife will kill him. Before he leaves, he praises Elizabeth.
Sam, Luka, and Alex are at a restaurant Alex has his own Indian candle and lights it from one of the candles on the table. Alex wants French Toast (the restaurant serves an all-day breakfast), but Sam wants him to have turkey, since its Thanksgiving. Alex asks Luka what he prefers to eat; Luka knows hes walking a fine line, so he tells Alex he doesnt like French Toast. He asks Luka if he likes pancakes (he does), so Alex suggests that Sam and Luka get pancakes, hell get French Toast, and theyll split some turkey sausages. Alex is using his candle to burn off the face of a pilgrim (candle, I think). Wax is dripping, and the flames are huge.
At the end of the episode, Abby treats a patient whom she first treated earlier in the day. The patient tells her a nurse never came by to give her medication, and Abby tells the patient shes her nurse now. The patient thought Abby was her doctor; Abby says that was in the morning, now shes a nurse. The patient says its a very strange hospital. Abby agrees. End of episode.
OK, that's what I have for now but I will keep an eye out for more!
