Disney Shopping just changed the SOLD OUT on Tink and Jiminy Cricket pins to TEMPORARILY Sold Out...SO, dont pay OUTRAGEOUS ebay prices...Me thinks enough members complained, and they are gonna make more for members......

I joined online last week. When the pins weren't available, I followed up with a phone call. The CM I spoke with assured me that yes, the pins would be back in stock and to watch my email for notification.

Don't hold your breath waiting for an e-mail from them. I'm still trying to decide if I want to spend the ridiculous $20 per pin that they are charging. With the price increase on regular pins & the rip off price for the "Club" pins I'm seriously considering abandoning the whole pin collecting hobby.

I've never even gotten the email about the d23 club, even though I pre-registered before anyone knew what it was!! I hope they will get the pins back in stock!!

Thanks so much for posting this info. I wouldn't normally pay that much for a pin, but this is one I would like to have. Actually, I'm brand new to pin trading so this will be my first purchase.

Me either, that's why I said don't hold your breath. I signed up numerous times for the event club e-mails & have never gotten one of those either. I do get the DVC Best Kept Secret e-mails on a regular basis. But never get anything from Disney Shopping.

So I check everyday...Its just another way of getting a dose of disney

And, the pricetag on the D23 pins are really not that outrageous....Pins range anywhere from $7 to $100...It all depends on what you want to collect....Personally, I will do all the D23 pins this year, then see what next year leads to.....It could be worse...I dont drink, smoke, club hop....Pins are our hobby and we love it...
