Congrat's, you are going to be in Disney for Christmas 2009!!!!!!!

I have spent many Christmas' in the World and it truly is an awesome time to be there!!! What hotel?

Now that I live 20 minutes from the LAND, well, I am in HEAVEN!!!!

LOL.... We returned from the world on 12/12 and on the way home all we could say is "50 more weeks"... haha

We're staying at the Port Orleans Riverside. We have five in our party, so we got a room with a trundle.
It was so weird how this played out. We had no intentions of doing Disney any time soon. Then all these Christmas shows about Disney kept popping up on the travel channel. So, I mentioned to dh that maybe in '10 we could see about a trip at Christmas time.

Next thing you know, he's online, putting together a package and using '09 as a reference point. We figured out how much it would cost and it was soooo doable. You know those Disney commercials where mom and dad are online and they're going on about how affordable this is? Yeah, that was us this morning.

So, we said why not and booked for a year from now. We got the package with two day park hoppers. We'll be staying for five nights, spending Christmas day with family in Deland. We already told the kids that this was going to be their christmas gift for next year. I'm excited!!!
