HEY, Binny, the snow is really coming down now...

Is it really already??? :confused3
I bet it's really pretty with all the trees covered in snow. I just don't like having to drive in it, as I am always afraid of someone hitting me.

I was in Montana(Bozeman) at the beginning of Oct. just after a snowfall.....BEAUTIFUL..not at all like the dirty snow we get here.

When I got to Yellowstone I told DD I felt like I was IN a diorama at a museum it was so amazing.

Its about 70 here and you know what, I'd trade you for the snow!
I'm ready! I wore a sweater today and I'm SWEATING!

We had a bit of slush last night but it's gone already. I heard 1-3 FEET in the mountains!

Yes, on the weather this morning they say that Washington and Oregon are really getting the white stuff! Are we a day behind in Montana, then?

Nothing in the valleys - though we're predicted to get snow showers on Monday.

I am so jealous. I really love snow. One day I am going to retire somewhere up north.

I don't see any snow on the Kalispell Webcam.
It was snowing big, fluffy snow flakes this morning. It has gotten slushy now but there is still snow in the hills and mountains north of town. The cam is south of town. Check it tomorrow morning when you get up and see if there is more snow coming down :goodvibes I've got the heaters turned up to 70° and they seem to be running alot....I'm not used to the noise of the heaters running....but, I will be getting used to it again!

Well, it snowed again overnight....they said it was a storm coming from the west. But, there is just snow...no storm. :confused3

Wow... we'll still be seeing highs around 90 this week.

Makes it really hard to get in the holiday shopping mood.

:guilty: Oh my gosh....we need to move farther south!!! DH is STILL trying to get outside projects done around here, like painting and plowing the garden up, etc., and now he is waiting to see if the snow will melt away so he can do things on Monday or Tuesday. We are still pretty open on our property and when the wind blows thru here, it makes it hard to get outside things done....not to mention the dropping temps! **sigh**

My brother lives in Smiley Creek, ID (not far from Stanley)...he called this morning to tell me that they had a lot of snow and it was still coming down pretty good. They were getting ready to take their trucks down to the main road...when it snows the only access to their home is by snowmobile.

You can keep the snow this year, I don't want any. Especially after this beautiful weekend.
