Its 7:20 am here in the northeast & I see something STRANGE outside. I think its called the SUN. We haven't seen it in so long, I forgot what it looks like. I sure do hope it stays around for a LONG while.

Hey! I am in the southeast (FL), but my dad just go back from NY. He said it was "grey" and rainy the whole time. Well, down here it has been sunny in the mornings,but rainy in the afternoons and evenings. Those FL afternoon thunderstorms are starting already!!!

I looked out the window and was almost blinded! It has beeb so long since I have seen the sun. I think we are all suffering from a vitamin deficiency. LOL. Now if we can start to dry out up here, that would be great. And if Spring came that would be even better!!

Yes, it was very nice to see the sun this morning. I felt like signing the song the Brady Bunch song It's a Sunshine Day "I think I'll go for a walk outside now the summer sun is calling my name. I hear you now just can't stay inside all day I gotta get out give me some of those rays." I hope it lasts.

I look out at my horses and they look like two giant pigs all covered with mud! They just love to roll, just after I spend an hr. brushing them.

We enjoyed that big, bright yellow thing in the sky yesterday.
And....OMG...it is still there this morning!!!

BUT...sad to say.....it will be going away this afternoon!!

Now if we could just manage to get the temperature up above 60 degrees along with it!!!

I mean, it IS almost June!!

The sun, finally! We got back from 2 wonderful hot, sunny weeks in Disney on May 16th. Since we've been back, I think we had one sunny day but it was still chilly. It was really weird but I kept thinking the fall was coming instead of the summer. I guess the 95 degree florida sun convinced me it was summer and when I got back home to 50 degree weather, I truly thought summer was over and it was the fall. I don't know how people vacation in the winter. It's too depressing when you come home.

I know, it's unbelievable! I heard that it isn't going to last though, it will go back to the dreary weather. It's almost June and I'm still wearing a jacket. When will it warm up?
