I have a a couple of questions you maybe able to answer for me.
1) In the new Atkins book, and in some of the other low carb websites it says that ratios should be about 65-70% fat, 5 % carbs, and 25 to 30% protien...Did you flollow that?
Dinner for me tonight was
16 oz of chicken
.20 cup of sour cream
.24 Mexican cheese
spices to make fajitas
snack
1 deviled egg (1 tablespoon mayo)
1 tablespoon heavy cream (diet coke float)
no veggies at all for me
comes out to 50% fat, 1% carb(4 carbs) and 49% protien. That was it for the day as I was not hungry...is it ok?
Second...
I fried the chicken in 1 tablespoon of olive oil...do I count the 1 tablespoon?
