I just thought I would remind everyone about the Hess Gas Stations. If you use your debit card and come from out of state they are going to place a hold on your card up to 75 dollars and the hold could last up to 14 days.

So if you stop at a Hess Station pay with credit card only or cash.

p.s. why should this company get to hold on to your money for up to two weeks? I know I am not going to let this happen again.

It isn't just for out of state people it is for everyone that uses their debit card without a pin. If you use your pin then they don't put a hold on your funds.

Chevron stations do this also.
