I have a car reservation for Thursday, and I figured it would be faster to get through everything if I did the gold plus membership so we can “skip” the counter. And then I put the app on my phone. The app says that there’s “no reservation found” but if I go through the website it’s all there.
Is this likely to cause us issues? I’d very much like to just get our luggage and go directly out to where the cars are and NOT have to deal with waiting in line at the rental counter.
