Hertz Car Rental

Anyone used Hetrz Car Rental from Orlando International? How were they? How do they compare to Alamo & Dollar?

We can get a good discount on Hertz through my husband's work making them only a couple of pounds more expensive than Dollar.

I had though that Hertz & Avis were far more expensive.

Any comments?

We have used Hertz for the last 4 years never had any problems with them,the cars have always been clean and only a few hundred miles on the clock. If you join Hertz Gold it onlys takes 5 mins to pick up your car..the Hertz lot is about a 5 min drive from Orlando int.

Personally if there is no difference in price I would go for an on Airport firm.

I really used to dread pushing and shoving the cases onto the bus to the depot and the extra journey after the long flight and found Dollar far more convienient - but they are not the only firm actually on the airport (just cant remember the others )
