Hershey Pa help....

My best friend and I are going to have a weekend away... from Wed mid-day through Sunday morn....(w/out kids), for the first time ever!!!. We're thinking about Hershey but would like some help with hotels/attractions/shopping/ etc. Any info you can give would be greatly appreciated!!

Last time we went to Hershey we went to Indian Echo Caverns which was pretty cool. We usualkly stay in Lancaster and then just drive to Heshey for the day- I like the attractions and places to eat in Lancaster- like Good and Plenty!
