Hershey needs to take lessons from Disney

In line at Hershey Park, and these guys have no concept of crowd control. There are long lines and they are running the rides half full. No body helping to load groups. No looking for smaller parties to fill the line. These guys have been doing this longer than Disney! You'd think they'd have a clue!

I live about an hour from Hershey and we only go once every few years because of the long lines.
