Hopefully, I will be staying at OKW for some of my trip, but until then I need 3 nights (Jul 3-5) and 2 nights (Jul 11-12) somewhere else. There are 7 of us and I need as cheap as I can on WDW property. (trying to stay within my budget of current ressies at CB). I know some people have gotten the Swan or Dolphin at good rates thru priceline or hotwire. I've never done that before tho. Also, would consider a DTD hotel. Does anyone have any suggestions? I could probably bump Jul 3rd off and stay off property since we aren't getting into Orlando until late that night. Any thoughts??

Look at the right vertical banner at the disboard homepage and you can see specials: Swan/Dolphin $149; Best Western LBV(DTD) for $49; Grosveneor (DTD) $69-79. Priceline and Hotwire are also good deal..don't be afraid..its easy only thing is you can request area and number of stars(WDW etc.) but not hotel at these.

Depending upon how you're going (i.e. not flying) camping at FW might be an option. It's pretty cheap, and looks like fun. We were considering camping before the FP was announced, but I'll confess I prefer having a hot tub.
