If driving down I-75, then the Florida Turnpike to near Orlando, then the Beeline 528 to the port, it will cost you $6 each way.
FL Turnpike toll was $2.50, then there are 3 at $.75 each, then one at $1.25.
I took $10 in a ziplock so it'd be handy. I had $5 in quarters and $5 in singles.
I had to supplement it on the return trip since I hadn't packed enough.
At the 75 cents places, you can get in a "correct change" lane and throw the money in a container for faster service.
