We just got back from WDW on 12/17 after another wonderful week on Disney property. Mom is 84 and while not confined to a chair she can't do it on the parks on foot anymore. And every one was great at the resort and in the parks. EXEPT for the folks working the Friendship boats over at the Epcot resorts. What a bunch of lazy so and so's. We used them alot since we were at the Boardwalk and once (yes just once) did the person working as the assistant put down the ramp for me to get her on or off the boat without acting like it was an inconvenience. The rest just stood there watching me until they realized I wasn't going to do wheelies with the chair to cross the opening between boat and dock. Some said "Turn the chair around and use the big wheels to get the chair across. I replied since she doesn't push her own chair it had small wheels front and back. One said "I'll grab the front you grab the back and carry her off". Which almost made sense except he was leaning on the stinking ramp when he said it. How lazy can you get? The ramp is there, it is there for a reason, put the d*mn thing down so I can get off this boat! I can't stand lazy people, especially now that I see how taxing it is for them riding on that little boat all day. I'd like to say I feel better after venting but that's not the case. Lazy, lazy, lazy!!!
