Here we go!!! Stress Factor

Well, with only a few days to go before our departure to our first F&W my DW is stressing. Even my 6 year old is worried about flying to WDW even though she has been on a plane a million times. I guess once we sit on the balcony overlooking the boardwalk, then everything may calm down......my worst part of traveling is the few days before we go anywhere. But I must say it will be nice to get back home for a 10 day visit......

What is your DW worrying about? I am excited about our vacation, don't stress out until the plane is taxiing to take off! Also stress out after the vacation is over, if I have overspent on souveniers. You have to go to Florida more often, your DW and DD would learn to relax.

Hey, neighbor! We'll be staying at the BWV at the same time. Tell your DW and DD there's nothing to stress over, and plenty of fun stuff to look forward to!

They have drugs for that now. Takes the stress away! You'll be fine, just think of the fun you will have when you get there!

Anticipation and stress are close enough feelings that maybe you're just confused as to what you have and what to call it. Anticipation can be either good or bad but stress is generally always bad; here's hoping you're just experiencing welcome anticipation.

I get that way too. I'm already stressing about flying- I always do, but I bought a book to help me, (which it does) called Flying without Fear. I guess I better start reading.

Going away is stressful, getting everything pack, getting kids homework, finishing up my work at work, ordering groceries, etc etc....

But going to Disney and Florida is soooo worth it!!! Have a great trip!!
