I know what you mean, Channel 4 is predicting 3-6" where I am on the border of Rhode Island.

We're going to have to cancel our Baseball game down at CCRI in Warwick, RI, they're in the 6-9" area, and probably our Softball game tomorrow (which was postponed from last week due to the bad weather). This is the 5th baseball game we've had to cancel/postpone...

I don't think we're ever going to get our Spring sports season in. We only have April really to play as our kids have finals the first week of May and graduate May 10.

At least Ann won't have to deal with the idiot plowman, hopefully she won't get a "worse" replacement!! (ha, ha)

Ugh!!! we'll probably go right into Summer!!

I know. I can't believe yesterday I was picking out sleeveless tops and shorts for our May 10th cruise and this morning I had to dig out boots to go to work. Yuck!

Last Thursday it was 82 degrees, I cut the grass and fertilized it. Today it's 22 degrees with ICE.

Here in southern NY we are predicted to get 6-10 inches today....they even cancelled school this morning in anticipation of the storm coming which is not supposed to start until after 12:00. WHY CANCEL THE WHOLE DAY. They should have at least let the kids go to school for the few hours required by the state and then let them go...now they have to give up another day of their Easter Break. Started off with a full week of vacation and now they are done to only having 1 day off!!! My H.S. kids were not even happy about having today off....

I really wish we lived within a 10 hour drive (or less) of Florida. At least it has stopped snowing here in Indiana. I have 5 months to go before our trip, but soon the weather will be nice here, and summer always flies by! Hang in there. Nicer days are ahead for all of us.

We had a major ice storm here in MI Friday, power went out at 7:00 p.m. and didn't come back on until about 2:00 Sunday afternoon. We have a generator for the house, so we had 9 extra people living with us. 4:30 this morning, it started flickering again for a couple of hours, then went to half power!! DH went out and hooked the generator back up. Just saw a couple power trucks go by so hopefully they will fix it right this time. Now we're supposed to get 3-6" of snow today. We have tickets to the Lansing Lugnuts baseball game Wednesday but it's only supposed to get up to 44 so I don't think we'll be going.

I'm celebrating the snow (yeah, right) by making my reservations for my December land/sea trip! Of course, by then, we'll be starting to worry about snow again!

Not even joking....I keep telling my husband I want to move to Florida! I am not a snow person....I never have been. We're supposed to get 6-10 here in Northeastern PA. UGH!

I agree. They did the same thing here and cancelled the whole day when it just started snowing about an hour ago. It was the first time I've actually seen DS upset about no school because they were supposed to have a field trip today to a local theater to see a play.

I agree - the weather has been horrible. Today the high is only going to be the the low 70s - and yesterday it was only in the 60s - I had to wear a sweater. Where's spring?

I hope the plowman's replacement does not fall to the same fate as the original... I hate to get my hands dirty twice in one year

It has not started here yet but is suppossed to between noon and three they are calling for six inches,, I wonder how that will effect the fertilizer DH put down last week?

We were supposed to get between 5-10 inches of wet snow today also. It's snowing a little bit but the roads are just wet and the winter storm warning has been downgraded to a winter weather advisory. So I guess it won't be too bad. We are leaving Friday morning for Florida and will be cruising 4/13 on the Wonder! It's getting me through this miserable winter!
