Here we go again! Wii U.....

Looking for the same! I called ALL the local stores today and they are ALL sold out already and they just started selling them yesterday.
I guess I will keep searching and calling everyday and hope to get one in the next shipment.

That game was on pre order with all of the pre orders sold out quickly. I think the stores were only alloted a certain amount and when they filled them with pre orders they stopped taking orders. I pre ordered one a few weeks ago (after all of the other stores stopped taking pre orders) at Walmart and got it yesterday.

We knew our boys wanted this for Christmas but totally missed pre-ordering it. DH snagged one at Best Buy yesterday at noon-ish. Only the basic 8g(?) one was available but we figured we better get it while we could. We bought 3 Wii U games at Target, buy 2 get one 50% off. Two games were on DS's Christmas list and the third one was the game included with the more expensive console with more memory. Salespeople at both Best Buy and Target said you can add the memory to the basic console we purchased. So we are sticking with what we got and thankful to be done with it.

Good luck to anyone who didn't pre-order and is on the look out!

DH went to Best Buy yesterday for the opening and got it. We got the more expensive one because in the end it was a better deal because it came with a game which sells for $59.99 so it would of been the same price buying the cheaper one and the game plus this one has more memory.

I also got the games today too.

Yesterday toys r us had the games for buy 1 get one 40% off. I got epic Mickey 2 and super Mario U for $105. It would typically be around $130 for both.

whohas.it is a pretty good website for availability. I scored one from PCconnection for the Wii U. Probably beats the time I waited all night at Wal-Mart 6 years ago for the original Wii.

we actually got 2 of them...one pre-order and one off the floor yesterday afternoon. gonna have some happy kids.

we got lucky and got on Game Stops pre-order list. Dh picked up the 8gb yesterday. WE are 7th on the list for the 32gb. Hoping to get it before Christmas

FYI... If Walmart shows stock at your local store, ignore it. The system is showing stock of preorders that are still in layaway and haven't been picked up.

They do have also on order, but nobody knows when they will come in.

Sign up for zoo lert dot com (I tried to link to it, but for some reason it starred out - weird) I did and was able to get the 32gb about 15 minutes ago from Sam's Club. Walmart still has the white 8gb ones with your choice of games in stock for online purchase.
