AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...A TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS.

AT 5 PM AST...THE GOVERNMENT OF ANTIGUA HAS ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS.

AT 5 PM AST...THE GOVERNMENT OF THE NETHERLANDS ANTILLES HAS ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR SABA...ST. EUSTATIUS...AND ST. MARTEEN.

TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS COULD ALSO AFFECT THE REMAINDER OF THE NORTHEN LESSER ANTILLES TO THE NORTH OF GUADELOUPE.

TROPICAL DEPRESSION CENTER LOCATED NEAR 16.0N 60.4W AT 13/2100Z POSITION ACCURATE WITHIN 30 NM

PRESENT MOVEMENT TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST OR 290 DEGREES AT 10 KT

ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE 1010 MB
MAX SUSTAINED WINDS 25 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT.
WINDS AND SEAS VARY GREATLY IN EACH QUADRANT. RADII IN NAUTICAL MILES ARE THE LARGEST RADII EXPECTED ANYWHERE IN THAT QUADRANT.

Please not again. My kids have been through enough stress already with the three that have come before this. No matter how much we talk to them and try to calm their fears they still worry. Im not so much worried about me and dh as I am the kids. There will be NO mention of this in my household until we have to do something. We have a hurricane supply corner and it is as stocked as its gonna get, no rushing out to buy anything. We still have the hurricane shutters on the windows and they will stay. Things will stay status quo here until we have to make any type of decision on staying or leaving. I just hope there is no talk of this at school.
