and I'm just insane so I'm up. I just made brownies from scratch. Yum. I'm last!

just the ones off the Baker's chocolate box mix, it requires three eggs so I make 1/3 recipe and it's perfect for us for one night and maybe tomorrow, we only ate 4 of 6 so, we're good.

And now I'm last!

I got everything packed into two suitcases (plus a spare squished into one of them). I'm thinking of taking a few things out and packing them into a smaller bag so that we have an extra bag, and a bit more space on the way home....

That's what I did for my trip in October. I brought a backpack and stuffed it into my bag, then used my carry-on as my other checked bag.

We haven't got a traditional "carry-on" between the 3 of us.

DH is taking his computer and will have space in his computer bags for his stuff. I'm taking my camera bag, and will have my handbag for the other things.

DS....he might have a small daypack...he hasn't decided yet.

I'm thinking of taking a carry-on roller bag in addition to the two bags we have as a 3rd checked baggage.

I usually use my laptop bag as my personal item, but I didn't bring my laptop down, since I didn't have one at the time

It's almost dinner time. Baked potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, avocado and cheese again....but no Creamed Canned Corn .

After that, I think my MiL is coming to visit and I really need to take a good look in the fridge and work out what can keep and what I need to turf.
And then it probably will be time for the last minute panic that DH will have about the bags and packing....

The more I think about it, the more I think I can't be bothered rearranging things. If we run out of room, we can just get a new bag. I think we may have finally gotten to the stage where we need 3 bags between the 3 of us. I still remember a time when we got away with 1 bag between the 3 of us. *sigh*

Wow! I wish we could pack as light as you, we need two big suitcases to check and two big carryons, but then I live with a shopaholic, packaholic! I'm looking forward to meeting you in less than 72 hours! Have a great trip! I guess from now on we will be in phone contact unless you hop back on before you go.

The good news is that with my new smart phone I have not unlimited text, but it doesn't cost me $.15 per text as it used to! Have a great flight and I'll see you on Thursday!
