It's NOT a typo. I call the office the orifice. Just like we have pubic servants; not public servants. And we had cow workers; not co-workers.

And I never tell my cow workers that I call the orifice an orifice pubically!

My lava cakes came out a little weird... I think I overbaked them, but was trying to watch Glee at the same time.

Also, Alison, what are the measurements for the ganache? It was blurry on my print-out of the scan you gave me.

1/4 cup Bailey's
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
4 ounces Milk Chocolate

It sounds like they had you make them larger than the ones at the festival...I haven't tried them, so far I did the Cheese soup and the lobster rolls, not sure if I've tried any other things...

Yeah, they were about twice the size. I did a muffin tin, not ramekins (we don't have any). And I totally made the ganache wrong Oh well. I can always try again

It's Tuesday, we have band and get home around 11PM and need to chill out after band. We stoped at McD's on the way home and each got a small (actually healthy) snack, but I just decided that I needed more food, I wanted to go to bed earlier, but am unfortunately am still up. We'll be going to bed soon.
