Swing band rehearsal tonight....we need 2nd dinner after rehearsal, although tonight it was actually first dinner since we had lunch around 3:30 dinner was about 11:30....who knows when we're going to bed we're watching a movie, stupid but she's been recording them from the Pay channels.

Good afternoon it's still Friday here and I'm pooped from less than five hours sleep!

exhausted! Got only 5 hours of sleep, spent the day at a trade show, but we rented our apartment today and the money for our loan was transferred to our bank account, we're celebrating with a bottle of champagne, and she's taking me to dinner because she promised I don't have to cook when we go to the NAMM show.

Hello everyone. How about a spot of lasting and catch up? I feel like it's been ages since we've chatted.

Alison - That is such good news! This is the apartment in Long Beach that you recently did up and has been in the market for a couple of months, right? And money in the bank.....looks like it's all working out for you.

Dana - how are you? Any sign of post in the mail yet?

Yes it was that apartment, but we only actually got the sign up in the second week of December. Even though it was done and remodeled, we didn't want to put the sign up until after the fumigation, and it took us a while once we were back to get the sign printed and post ordered to actually get it up there.

What sealed it up was getting a listing on rent.com that was where we found these tenants. I knew they were good because they saw 15 apartments in one day ours was the first and they asked to come back and look at the end of the day. They reminded me of you Sharon, really did their homework, so I could tell that they were together enough that as long as they had the income, they would be responsible and good tenatns.
