I went out with a couple friends today and had my first pedicure. It was really nice

We also had lunch and went to the movies to see Country Strong. Lunch was good and the movie was all right.

Hi Firefly! Doing okay. Although I tripped in the city yesterday, landed on all fours and have very nice scabs on one knee and a twisted ankle on the other foot. I landed on my palms and aside from some slight indentations, no skin was broken (thankfully).

Back and neck not feeling the best today..


How about you? BTW - I went to the post office and have your DVD ready to go. I didn't have your address on me and it turns out that I have to take the package back to the post office, sign my life away and hand it over to the person over the counter before I can post it. I can't just pop it into the mail box anymore. What is this world coming to?

This morning, I went for breakfast at a place more renown for coffee than food. I normally stop and get coffee...

..and then pick up a slice or cookie to go....

The slices and cookies are homemade and are YUM!

Today, we decided to sit in and have breakfast.

DH had the bircher muesli..

DS wolfed down his breakfast before I could take a shot.

I had the simple bacon and eggs...

and honed in on the bacon...just for Kimmar!

ps. I'm heading into 5 figures in about 5 posts time!! Gonna try and stop at 9999 for today.
