Well - the planning has started again for our 1st trip to WDW for the 2nd time.

I joined a couple of years ago and told of our families attempt to go to Florida for the first time for a 3 week break in September 2007. Well at the very last minute DW threw a spanner in the works when she decided to develop a chest infection (which later turned out to be pneumonia) which led to heart palpitations which ultimately led to the holiday being cancelled. :scared1:

Anyways - to cut a long story short - DW had an op to correct the said Cardiac arrhythmia and now we have booked again to go back.

21 nights in September 2009 - Port Orleans Riverside. We booked a while back with Virgin when the DDP plan was on offer late last year so we have that - 21 ultimate Disnay tickets and also the 14 day 5 park ticket for Universal/Seaworld and Busch Gardens.

Just thought I would pop back on to say hello again to you all, even though I have been a lurker over the past 18 months with not much to say.

Welcome back - and fantastic news on booking your 1st trip for the 2nd time! :thumbsup2 I hope your wife is feeling much better these days too!

I'm sure you'll have an amazing time in September and 21 nights, wow! That's certainly a great 1st trip.

Don't forget, ask away with questions, as you probably already know with lurking, you'll get answers from someone! :)

Enjoy the DIS and the build-up to your holiday! :goodvibes

Welcome back, i remember you planning your last trip :thumbsup2

Believe me so do I and it all seemed to be a lot easier a couple of years ago. Now it appears that I have to wait until 90 days out until they release Park hours and I can book ADR's.

However - saying that all I am interested in is booking Cinders Breakfast Table for any day of the holiday. In the pre-planning stage it would appear that we will be off-site at least 6 with trips to Daytona (home of motor racing) Seaworld, Busch Gardens and the Universal Parks so there are a few less days to worry about this time around.

Welcome back, sounds like a fantastic first trip you're planning :goodvibes .
Glad to hear your DW is feeling better.

Sounds like you have a great trip planned - fingers crossed for good health this time round! :thumbsup2
