Here now- quick LL experience question

Here now! So crowded and chilly!

We bought ILLs for RSR and got the message that the ride was down and they turned into experience passes (?). We redeemed when it opened back up, but they are still showing on my app with the “redeem” button. Not trying to break rules, but if I still have a pass I can use….

Do these normally disappear once you use them?

I had a non-paid LL almost anything experience pass blip a couple of days ago and got like 3 rides on Mission: Breakout before it disappeared.

Yeah. I figured if it didn’t work I’d just chalk it up to Disney IT.

It worked! Weird glitch. But paying $72 to ride twice hurts less that just once! I’ll call this one pixie dust.

The best part with my pixie dusted almost anything pass the other day was that last ride it worked on got me Hit Me With Your Best Shot, which was the 6th song I needed to complete the "set" on Breakout! It was clearly meant to be!

It's great when it works out like that, but on the flip side, it's concerning because IT glitches can screw you over, too - can't they? Anyone ever been owed an experience pass, LL or ILL that disappeared?

This is why you should always screenshot your passes, especially the ones you have to pay for.

Not disappeared, but recently we got an emergency call while waiting for our Monsters return time and missed our window. Since I never clicked the redeem button or scanned in, I figured I'd just schedule a new LL. Nope, app wouldn't let me as the one allowed reservation was already showing as having been used.

A cast member (plaid) was able to help me, but did confirm that's how it worked. She also said she'd seen that happen at times even when someone officially canceled their LL. But also said a plaid can usually fix it.

Between the new LL she gave us (no time limit) and two more I was able to book (one was over 2 hours away), at one point I had three active LL holds and it felt like Maxpass days again

Yeah. It did use my Breakout pass - which actually was for a later time - yesterday when I scanned an anything pass as soon as I hopped. But since it left the anything pass I did not fuss.

This is why you should always screenshot your passes, especially the ones you have to pay for.

I screenshot EVERYTHING! My cloud photo backups are 90% useless screenshots!
