Well folks, made it safe and sound to the BCV and sure appreciate all the pixie dust thrown my way-WE HAD A CLEAN ROOM!! I must add, the dirty rooms we've encountered has not been at the BCV, but BWV, each and everytime we've been there. Crowds are light, but today is only Thursday.
Weather fine, just a few remaining love bugs around.

A lesson learned :::: When I made these ressies, the MS gal told me it would be few points used if I got a one bedroom and a lock off villa or whatever it is. (We came with my sis and her husband). Lesson learned here-the dedicated 2 bedroom is much larger (last time we stayed here that's what we had) but also the decks are these tiny 2 chair jobs so we sit on our appropriate decks and 'chat'. Not a biggie, nothing lost or to complain about.
I think it would be fine for someone with kids, etc., but for 2 adult couples, the dedicated 2 bedroom is the way to go. This is my husband's first visit to BCV, he's always stayed at the BWV, and even though he loves the setting here (we're facing the canal), he prefers the layout at the BWV. BUT that was before he had his gelatto last night!! He did say he likes the room setting at the BWV vs the BCV. Intersting.......
All is well, a few lessons learned, but nothing negative but best of all, it's clean!!!!

Thanks for the report , good to hear the love bugs are starting to breakup. We are heading down this weekend. Have a great time. :cool1:

Glad to hear another positve room report from the BCVs! :thumbsup2 I hope we get to stay at BWV this Feb (waitlist) so I can compare the two. So far we have only stayed at BCV.

The overall size of the dedicated and lock-off two bedrooms are generally the same (I'm sure there may be exceptions) but with the dedicated they are not trying to fit another entry door and kitchenette in the second bedroom. This allows more space in the sink area and another closet. As far as the balconies... I don't think there is any correlation between a large balcony and a dedicated unit. Some are large and some are small (that's sounding too much like Dr. Seuss!). It's more of a function of what floor and where on the building. They made it look pretty on the outside.

Sounds more like Dr. Ruth to me! :teeth:

(sorry; couldn't resist...)

I remember the bad experiences you had with the BWV rooms so am DELIGHTED to hear that this time the pixie dust is working for you. :):):)

Have a wonderful time and thanks for reporting in!
