So we are checking out tomorrow, called to inquire about % off discount. Code :JOY. So we called and got a few quotes on different room categories & different resorts. Prices are fantastic.
Anyway, we are fans of the dining plan, we were told that we COULD NOT purchase the dining plan without park tickets. Is this correct?
We are AP holders too, so no need for tickets. We just like the convenience of the dining plan.

That is correct. Ask what the minimum for the tickets. Sometimes, it is as little as a 1 day ticket for each person or a 2 day. You could always use them at another time.
