A friend said that there's been a lack of rain in Orlando. Will this have any affect on the campfire?

The fire is our plan for the 14th and if it may be cancelled I have to come up with some quick alternative ideas.

We got an inch or so of rain on Saturday night--yay! However, I've never seen or heard of the campfire being canceled due to the fire risk. The fires are in firepits and the area is mostly pea gravel. I think you'll be fine.

Thanks....we've been to the campfire before and we really have enjoyed it. I didn't think there was much risk of the fire (gven how it is run) but I thought I'd ask just in case....especially since it is our big plan for our first night (w/o park tickets).
