Again.. LOL Such a newbie with the disney stuff. I grew up going to disney every other week as a kid (FLA Native).

But is the $99 with this deal just for room, or is it for room and the UPH?

I just received this email as well, except it is for a Deluxe resort for $141.00 a night during the aforementioned dates. We always stay at a deluxe (usually AKL or WL) so perhaps that is why it was for a deluxe and not a value?? The price is pretty reasonable but we already have AP's so the hoppers may not be of any use to us and I am not sure if I should go for it or not. Thoughts??

Frequently these offers are good at all resort levels and different resorts - the quote you get is just one example. Reading the fine print will often say something like "other offers may be available at other Walt Disney World Resorts. . . "

If you already have an annual pass in hand, room discount packages are almost never going to beat even a moderate discount on room-only unless you're staying for a long long time.

But if you only have a voucher, a good package deal might make it worth saving the voucher to activate later.

well you could always reserve your dates, then cancel if you get a better deal. Does anyone know if disney will apply new codes or deals to previously existing reservations?

I cant tell you how many times i wish i had made a reservation.
I would take to long to decide and than the room or the offer wasnt available.

Absolutely! Disney is happy to apply the new discount...the catch is you have to call while there is still availability for the new rate.

I got this email with the package also today. The weird thing is we are Florida residents and have always bought a resident pass. We have one right now! so why would we need this deal? And ours is for the value resorts, which we haven't stayed in since 1997! This package doesn't seem to be that good of a deal, either.

I too got hte email for value resorts, but like the other poster always stay at the deluxe's. I called using the code referanced and was told value resorts only for that code. Does anyone have the comprable code from their email for deluxe's? thanks

Try the zxmj code from the website- I think it should work for deluxes.

Well, called today and found out that the rate is $ 141.00+TAX PER adult! That is absurd especially if you already have AP's. So, I was able to get a Savanah view at AKL in December for $159.00 per night for the room X 6 nights. My advice....keep looking.
