here I go again! who is in? support disers!

uugh!! Homeschooling with Halloween candy and kid foods is killing me. I "cheated!" I am not going to for a bit though. I am determined. Plus we just booked our vacation which makes it more real. Last weigh in I was down to 334 though!!!
 
Another loss this week...2.4 lbs down. On track to make my 50 lb goal loss by wdw in February! Tried roller skating for exercise this week. Amazing work out!
 

I'd like to join in! I have been struggling to "get motivated" and even the promise of a Disney trip has not been enough to kick me into gear, so maybe some accountability will do the trick! Currently at 170 (I think, give or take a few pounds--we don't own a scale and obviously I haven't been to the gym to check lately lol) and want to be in the 130 range. What I need to do is cut out sugar and junk (obviously), increase fruit, vegetable and water intake, and my goal is to walk an hour at least 3 times a week. I have been using the excuse that it's the holidays and it's no use to try losing weight right now, but seeing all you guys having success tells me I need to stop making excuses!
 
Welcome! Get it in gear! You can do it, it's a challenging road but set small goals. Work on getting thru day one, then day 3 etc.... I started at 170 and I am down to 159. It's hard don't get me wrong, I want my chai tea, my lucky charms cereal an occasional candy bar! I have a formal event December 14 and then Disney if February. So I am way motivated.
It sounds like you have some great goals, now it's time to implement
 
Well my 4 weeks of Atkins diet is now over. I only lost a total of 12 pounds. I guess over 4 weeks, I averaged 3 pounds a week. Not the best results considering all the sacrifice. Lol. Well at 158, I have 14 pounds for my small goal. I think I need to kick up the cardio and weights!

Congratulations! Sorry it wasn't as much as you were hoping for, but 12 pounds is great, and you are almost halfway to your small goal! Yay!
