I'd like to join in! I have been struggling to "get motivated" and even the promise of a Disney trip has not been enough to kick me into gear, so maybe some accountability will do the trick! Currently at 170 (I think, give or take a few pounds--we don't own a scale and obviously I haven't been to the gym to check lately lol) and want to be in the 130 range. What I need to do is cut out sugar and junk (obviously), increase fruit, vegetable and water intake, and my goal is to walk an hour at least 3 times a week. I have been using the excuse that it's the holidays and it's no use to try losing weight right now, but seeing all you guys having success tells me I need to stop making excuses!
