So a total of 8.6 lbs in 27 days...I'm pretty excited about that!! Hopefully next week I will get my 10 lb ribbon
I completely forgot since I weighed in at 224 my points dropped from 28 to 26 per day and I ate 28 today but that's ok, I'll just deduct them out of my flex points. I am getting ready to go to bed, getting to sleep before 1am is something rare for me so I try to do it any chance I get. I will get caught up on journals tomorrow!!
I cannot believe almost a year has passed since I last posted in my journal. I just read through & saw the last time I was here I weighed 224, well I am happy to say I am now 199!!!
So at least I've accomplished something while I've been gone.
