just a quick check in - I'm down 1lb this week!! I got in 3 days of exercise (about 20 min each time) and was good with food and water. I know I can do this.
Good news about dh's new store location and the fact that his surgery is fairly routine. Congrats on the weightloss!! Isn't that great motivation? Keep up the great work. Those "salads on a bun" seem to be doing the trick! Have a great weekend!!
