I need a little push please. I've had a *very* hard time getting myself up to do exercise the past couple of nights. Monday, I made-do with a "token amount" on the exercise bike and a few stretches done while playing with kitties. Last night, just played with kitties, my excuse being I had a bad day and was too tired.
I think I've hit that wall that usually marks the demise of my programs and would appreciate a little push to do something more tonight. Preferably the Tai Chi again.
