Here at BCV now

...

We really noticed so many CMs in the parks and resorts going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It reminded us of the WDW of years past and was delightful!

Most guests seemed on their best behavior too. I think the spirit rubs off.:thumbsup2

Great!!! I hope this spirit continues!!

There is Yoga on the beach at 7 am every morning. Mats are provided and it is free for Y&BC/BCV guests.

Thanks for this info! Now how cool is that? For the past year Ive been taking Yoga. At the end during relaxation we go off to our "happy place". Mine has always been the dreaming about the BC Beach! In just a few weeks I'll be waking up and actually doing yoga at my "happy place"!

Wow, that is very cool! Have fun!:cool1:

BCV23, I meant to ask earlier and forgot. Did you happen to use a counter service credit at the Beach Club Marketplace for breakfast or for lunch, and if you did, can you tell me what you were able to get? I thought it might be convenient to pick up breakfast or lunch from there, a time or two.

Thanks! And, welcome home.

I don't know about the credits stuff but try the chicken ceasar salad at BC marketplace it was awsome! I also had the raspberry gelato.
Have a great trip.

Pat, we used credits for both breakfast and lunch at BC Marketplace. For breakfast QS there are omelets on croissants or berry & yogurt parfaits. You get two beverages with QS for breakfast. The parfait can also be a snack credit but we've done it both ways on different trips.

For lunch there are salads or sandwiches. I know in the past there was also soup but didn't notice if it was an option. Anyway there are 3 sandwich choices and they no longer let you order it as you prefer. With lunch you get one beverage and a dessert. However, dessert choices here are much more limited than any other place we've been: piece of fruit, Mickey bar, chocolate chip cookie and probably rice crispie treat although that wasn't mentioned to me this trip. Other resort hotels let you choose a fruit cup, cake, etc..

They have some other weird exclusions there. For instance, you can't get soy milk as a beverage although a CM told me we could if we needed to for health reasons. Not the case so we didn't.

Happy planning!

Thanks so much, BCV23 and Disney Fix! We're taking Magical Express and have a smaller group than normal, this time, so grocery pick-up/delivery aren't really an option. It sounds like we'll be OK, though, with choices from the Marketplace and things I'm able to bring from home.

I really appreciate you sharing your experience. That's a huge help!
