We got back on Sunday morning It was me DH and DD (2) DS(6) DH is not food adventurous .Here's where we ate:
Mama Melrose for lunch: We had 12 PS and were seated quickly. Our server was Ben and he was great. He was busy but brought us drink refills before our glasses were even empty.For an appetizer I ordered the mozzerella and tomatoes. They were very good. I had the four cheese flatbread- yummy. My DD and DS ate it too. DH asked for spaghetti marinara. DS got the kids 4 cheese pasta. We had ice cream for dessert. Everything was good but took a long time coming. When I got the bill I had one VKL voucher. Ben told me I owed nothing else because we had to wait so long. I was very surprised and left a nice tip.
Ohana dinner: We had 815 PS on Sunday night. I was hoping for a window seat to see Wishes. We waitied a very long time but was shown to a table facing the castle! I really liked the fried rice chicken wings and salad. The meats were okay not my favorite. Dh liked the steak though. Our server though told me to pay full price for my DS even though he got the mac n cheese. This was so that my DD could get a plate too. She's two and I think she could have eaten for free anyway. DS did the coconut race, hula hooping and the three of us did the hula dance. Wishes came on right before dessert and it was so nice to see it from there.I was so full but managed some pineapple and dip before DH ate it all! I would go back but DH didn't care for the seasonings.He has a sensitive stomach.
Liberty Tree Tavern We did the character dinner on MNSSHP party night. This was my favorite dinner. The salad was so good me and DH ate the whole bowl. The rolls and butter were yummy. I love turkey ham and stuffing so I had a good time! Dh of course had seconds on the flank steak. DS ate the mac n cheese but my DD liked the turkey. Dessert was very good too apple cobbler with ice cream. The characters all came around, Pluto did some tricks. My DD was afraid but we mananged to sneak a couple of photos with Goofy and Dale behind her with her eyes covered!
Pecos Bill lunch. I had the grilled chicken wrap which was very good- sloppy but good. Dh had the burger and fries. DD had the hot dog and fries. DS only ate some fries because the chicken strips were grilled and no way would he eat them. He did eat the desset that came with my voucher though. I tried to eat the kid's applesauce but it was too bland.
Liberty Inn in Epcot.I was determined to use my vouchers so we ate here one night. I had the turkey sandwich which was okay I didn't care for the everything bagel. The kids had chicken nuggets and DH had a burger.
Crystal Palace breakfast We were seated quickly at 830 and brought drinks quickly. I grabbed some waffles for the kids and characters started coming over. DH tackled the bufet line for me. We had pancakes sausages breakfast casserole fruit chocolate muffin and more Im sure. It was all very good. The characters were good and DS liked the parade but DD wouldn;t join in. Ths will be an every trip for sure.
Beaches and Cream I loved the Beach Club and Boradwalk, wanted to stay here after seeing it! The kids had fun in the arcade while we waited. I had the hot dog, onion rings and cherry coke. I shred the dog wth my DD cause it was huge. Ds had the grilled cheese which he ate every last bite. Dh had the burger and a root beer float. A family got the Kitchen Sink and Ds wanted one too. He settled for sharing a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae with rainbow sprinkles. We couldn;t even finish that imagine the Sink! I would definitly return.
Alfredo's in Epcot We were disappointed with this meal. We ordered a salad but asked for balsamic vinegar dressing not Caesar. I'm pregnant and can't eat raw egg.The salad comes looks good I taste and it's caesar. We explain to our waitress again. She brings aother salad with a creamy dressing again. I taste and it's just like a Caesar base. Again we tell her I can;t have raw egg. She finally brings a plain salad with vinegar on the side. We all wanted fettucine alfredo. We could have shared one order.I personally think the Alfredo I make is better than this one. The only thing is the pasta was fresh. So I wouldn;t go back here.
Snacks I thought we would have more snacks but we didn;t. We just had Mickey bars and I had a Beaver tail. That was very good. I wanted to try a gyro from the F&W but when we passed the booth I was too full! The next night I wanted to try the cheddar soup but again was too full from dinner.
